Little Fruit Tartlets

Well, about me, I decided to do my Apple Streusel Pie, which has become a family favorite.
As I was in the countryhouse, I actually made this one "by ear", without having the proper recipe... So, I made some mixtures, and had a similar final result than the other time, but slightly smaller. But in the end, I had a little bit more crust than I needed, so, I decided to turn them into tartlets.
Tartelette is the French word for Small Pie, and I believe this should explain everything. After baking the tartlet crust, one can make basically anything with it, from freezing, to eating it plain (Yuck! Ok, guys, sorry for that, don't eat it without a filling).
Actually, by that time, I had no more stuff to do as a filling, so I went to the true basic combination: Some banana and cinnamon.
I feel really ashamed to give this recipe in the form of a recipe, since it's (Really, guys) only some banana sliced and cinnamon on top. Put in the over for about 10 to 15 minutes and it's done.
Try out doing some nice custard, or even some of my mousses, to fill the tartelettes. They're great recipients to serve desserts in individual portions!
Enjoy it, guys, and be Creative!
