My OperaFirst Blogiversary!

Extactely 370 days ago, I wrote my first posting. A weird one, sort of presenting myself, without much idea of what to cook or what to write about. And now, here I am, one year later, with lots more visitors, though not so many more popularity! Hahahah! Which is quite good, considering the recent bad experiences a famous food blogger in Brazil is going through... But anyways, here I am, again, after one year of postings and lots of cooking and baking. Ice creams, jams, cakes, desserts, fruits, general stuff, and lots of fails! And even a LASAGNA!!! That was amazing! That’s what made part of this last year, and I am really proud of it!
THANK YOU! THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO HAVE COME BY, VISITED MY BLOG, TRIED A RECIPE, OR LEFT A COMMENT! I AM REALLY GRATEFUL FOR ALL THAT!
Thanks to everyone who helped me accomplish this whole year, which so quickly , and so deliciously, went by. And the best way I found for that was to throw a big Blogiversary, with lots of food, especially sweets!
And the chosen desserts to go to the party were.... (And sorry for the pics, I didn’t take my camera, so we only had cell phone cameras... ^^’)

Orange & Chocolate Mousse, which were presented in little chocolate cups, with some orange rinds on top!
Crème Brûlée, which wasn’t really presented here in the blog, but had a couple of interesting variations...
A Vanilla Philadelphia-style Ice Cream, served with a strawberry coulis on top, but which didn’t pose for the pictures...
And my favorite cake, a sponge-cake filled with red-berries jam, and topped with confectioner’s sugar, in a star-shape (no, the star isn’t part of my favorite. I just wanted something different...). This one didn't appear in the blog before, but I had already made it once.
And after so many sweets, my guests are still choosing their favorites? Who do you think will win? The luscious chocolate mousse? The velvety crème brûlée? The fresh and creamy ice cream? Or the flavorful berries sponge-cake?
