Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver

Anyone have a latias and a original form giratina because i need one so bad. Free on Mon-Fri 7:10am-8:10am Wednesdays:7:00am-8:10am-2:15pm-3:40pm.
I have a Rayquaza because i can't beat the elite four in Emerald i migrtated Rayquaza, the three Regis aswell from it.
Anyone have Moltres, Articuno or Zapdos would be googd aswell.
I don't know my bloody friend code cos the PC's gone crazy!
