As you can see from the previus post, i have a big issue with getting my painting started
again, i need a "one-off" big-time purchace of COLORS /MEDIUMS /PRIMER/ LIGHTS and you name it.
All put together it would be 4000,-kr ! 694$ ! Yikes !
(it will save me 800,-kr 140$ to buy it this way)
Suddentlig without warning, a good friend (no names)stod at my door, saying:
Here it is, get started ! Pay me back as you like !
WOW, if anything ever blew my mind, this tops it ALL !
I was completely knockt off my feet ! I'm still dissy !
My fate i my fellow human beings is sorring 2 new hights !
This is just SOOOOO great, can't wait 2 get started !
I've just ordered colors and mediums for 3254,-kr(565$), everything i need for the next 2 years !
(The rest is for lights /wood and other stuff for the Atalier !)
UPDATE 24/1-07: My as has been ON FIRE since the good news! The Atalier has been cleaned, things been moved around, and so on and so forth !
I also had a few days without sleep, and even dreaming is getting better !
CAN'T WA'IT to get started !
The colours arrive Mondag about noon, so the first thing is 2 prepare and prime several plates. I'm using masonite plates (244cm X 122cm raw)2 paint on, real canvas is ridiculous exspensive here. I'm lending a digital camera tonight and will post some photos of the Atalier.

Jeg er osse stadigvæk lidt oppe under loftet !
Ordet ferie betyder kun noget hvis man har "et erhverv" -
Dvs,det at jeg kan vågne op og straks tænke på "mit projekt"
...er en kæmpe ting for mig, nemlig at bestæftige mit arme hoved
med noget konstruktivt !
Tro mig, lediggang ER roden til alt ondt !
Desværre skal man ud over fattigdom også, men det kom jeg jo
Jeg havde også lige frameldt "den store stygge TV-pakke",- hvilket betaler for halvdelen af afdraget på farverne.
De kommer sidst på næste uge, indtil da står den på forberedelser

Good stuff regarding the art materials! Getting everything together is half the battle.
There's an artist here in Brisbane called Ken Harris who says, "The first brush stroke is the hardest".
If you want to paint (and you sound like you've got a lot of passion for painting), then jump in with both feet! Acrylics are the perfect medium for it, too!

So...i want it ALL 2 be there when i start, so i'm able 2 "shut everything out" and go "painting mode" ...
It's like a trance, and when you wake up, you either look at a whery beautifull piece, ...OR...a load off crap
