New state of mind !

Today i got my colours, wow, and primed glued/gesso'et my first canvas...
(canvas is masonite plate, has to be primed with thin glue first, then "Gesso", a thick acrylic/oil primer that binds to the glue, but isolates the acrylic from the glue,-and the plate, the original reason you prime a canvas*)
I felt like a budda in perfect harmony...(for an hour!)
When i was finish, positive CHAOS where upon me, whoa
You know, - my past pictures came galloping through my mind, along with a tornado of new ideas, - and all the personal thourgh's (ahh, my english!)
I have allway's loved storms, now i know why !, i felt wonderfull when i "woke up" after 2 hour's not sleeping mind-storm !
THIS is the way you should fell, allway's do'ing the thing that feel's RIGHT for YOU !
Ok, it's the thing i CAN do, if i had my way, i'll be flying aroplanes bigtime, ok !
But within the bounderies we ALL have, this is for me !
I'm soon 53 years old, and this has been 20 year's in the making for some odd reason.
The past IS GONE
And NOW is NOW
I'm cooking a big pot of ideas for the paintings, letting my mind filtrate all the good stuff to use, wish me luck
* : look below
*: Priming was important in the old days when OIL was the only paint.Oil is NOT god for canvas, whatever the material, - if AIR and oilcolor mixed, it would "root", or decay...
So, someone found out, if you isolate the oil from the canvas : Voila!
Here the primer comes in: it should isolate the "base/canvas/plate/whatever", from oil,- AND be a solid ground for the paint !
SO: a dobble funktion, always have that in mind !
This is still the principel behind "priming" or "groundning".

Super Rune! Kick some ass!
Glæder mig til at se rummet og de første billeder du har lyst til at vise frem!
Sig til, hvis du skal bruge en ærlig, men relativt uvidende testkanin!
