Hello my friends. After such a long time I finally will blog again.

This year I decided to do more for my health. To eat more healthy food for example like more fruits. Especially a fresh fruit salad is really tasty and very healthy. Of course it's also a good food when it's hot outside like last weeks.

One of my favorite fruits are strawberries. I like these very much.
Question: Where to find really fresh strawberries now? Answer: On a strawberry plantation. Here in my home area are some strawberry plantations. But on this day only one was opened.

Well when I picked up the first strawberries I understood why most of them were still closed.
Much strawberries on the plants were still green and therefore it took much longer as expected to pick up red ones. But that doesn't matter I thought. But anyhow some other people did the same on that day. Two basketful of strawberries were not really expensive. Definitely better than to buy it in the next supermarket.
Well at home I ate the fresh fruit salad with strawberries, banana and some pieces of an apple.
But ok ok. I admit that I bought the rest of the fruits like the banana and the apple from the supermarket. (Otherwise it would be overkill). It was a pity I didn't bought kiwi fruits there. But the result was really very tasty and yummy. I will eat it more often now instead of other things.

I also started jogging and other sports again. Well when I become more fit maybe I will join the Einstein half marathon again this year. Well for that I have much to do and I know it will be difficult to find time. But I really want to try it. Because it was much fun last year.
