Member of the week

Woooow! I'm really speechless. When I came home late in the evening and started my computer to check emails and my daily websites I was really surprised! I realized I'm member of the week!

I'm so happy about that. Thanks to Espen, my.opera community and of course everyone who reads my blog.

Thank you soooo much to everyone!

I'm so glad I have met so many great people here at my.opera community and I'm looking forward to meet many more.

It's such a nice place here because it's possible to meet so much people from different countries.

I will continue my blog and I hope I will find more interesting topics for you.

And of course I want to try to write more often.

PS. I don`t agree with your last sentence. Because when a person or company is norwegian it doesn`t mean automatically they hunt whales. I think it`s not good to judge someone in this way.

I'm glad you like the simplicity. When I started this design it was even more simple. I had one css file and one background image only. But then I decided to add more images because of a more consistent layout. I also rolled out the non valid css which I need for IE into an extra CSS file. But I still try to have a simple design.

It seems you didn't use an image for the middle section of your theme. I made the height of my design fluid and dynamic because other visitors have different screen resolutions. I made this with an extra image in the middle section.

Because you used my CSS it doesn't work in your theme. But it's also possible to hide the text in the footer section.
I made the following CSS very fast and very very very dirty. I also didn't tested much. It's not really a good solution but it works.

Just modify following CSS:

#top2 {
display:block;
position:fixed;
width:920px;
height:100%;
left:0;
top:435px;
left:0;
background:url(http://files.myopera.com/Ryuu/other/iphone_bottom.jpg) top left no-repeat;
z-index:50;
}

#content, #footer {
margin:67px 0 0 145px;
width:535px;
min-height:470px;
}

As mentioned the CSS (and also the image) above is not really good. Just quick and dirty.

It's possible to make it better but then you must modify much more parts of the CSS.
