Volume 2;
Volume 3.
Update
Digital Silence - 30 seconds.flac - just that;
Moog Soft Sine Pad - Stress Test.flac - a recording of a Moog Mini V Soft Pad, composed of sine waves - a stress/effective dynamic range test for any speakers/headphones;
Audiotest is a relatively small test CD. It lacks phase checks, instrument demos, channel separation checks and the like. Only the basics...
Left/right channel test - spoken voice;
white noise at left and right;
white noise;
brown noise;
pink noise;
square waves - 20 Hz, 40 Hz, C0, 80 Hz - those would be great for testing playback distortion (square waves drive amp circuits to maximum output);
sine tones starting at 1000 Hz, in increments of 1000 Hz up to 22050 Hz;
full-range sine sweep;
440 Hz waves starting with -80 dB and up to 0 dB (volume/resolution test);
and several music tracks, some of them just single-instrument tests (Moog bass, square wave, etc.).
The CD's packed as several FLAC files in a multi-volume RAR archive.
The RAR website has Windows/DOS extraction tools and command-line tools for Unix OS (including OS X); here's a collection of GUI Mac OS X RAR tools.
Free Lossless Audio Codec website, with the official toolkit; Foobar2000 and the latest version of Winamp can play FLAC files and decode to wave files. For OS X, xACT is a toolkit capable of ripping/encoding to FLAC and decoding FLAC. There's the Cog player, too.
