The issues today boil down to some job hunting expeiences here in SH.
As i am searching for some better jobs together with some part-times,
I find this job market is really blur to me.
A Smiling Refusal at The Mass Media
I was caught by a girl at the Metro station as she asked me to be a modle candidate for the company,
Out of interest and kindness towards this girl obviously doing the part-time for the company,
I took the namecard and leave my cell number for her.
The next day i was asked to do a snap shoot or rather a trial shoot at the company.
Before going there, I was
Clear about this matter----i am not beautiful or attractive enough to be a female star or somewhat understudy, and i shall be aware of such matter for i have been told that compannies of this kind would not let u go easily, instead they would urge u to pay;

Cuirous about the process---as i remember one of my college friends was in such trade for part-time, which grants her abundant money for private use and colorful experience, I mean really colorful in the sense of the cosmetic make up and dresses.
So i decided to give it a try and detect what's in there, or at leat this would belong to part of my SH life.
On seeing the stuffy office and many girls wearing heavy make up , I was aware that this is an agent company and I am on a trial test of the entertainment world.
So nicely I was taken photos from the forefront and side angle,
I did not make any poses and just simply smiled
As i understand beauty or the sense of beauty is not made and it is of no use for me to pose beauty;
During such process, i specially asked the IPR of my photo;
Though they promised photos would be kept for privete use and can not be viewed on the sopt,
But clearly the CHEATED for obviously they are using the digital camera,
How come the photoes can not be viewed!
Photo taken and just when i consider this exploration into the entertaning world ended,
I was called for a second negocition with the director of the company as my photos had won me such chance.
SO i dropped there and viewed the bustling there.
The receptionist took down my name and asked casually "How many times have u been here before, ist or 2nd?" -----God knows how many times she has asked the same question to hundreds of girls coming here.
While i was waiting in the room, nothing to do,
When i was just about to take my map out of bag for killing time (whenever i go out exploring SH i shall take this map as roads here are so unfamiliar),
I notices instantly that the girl beside me was just reading a map!
Clearly we are all new comers to this city yet we are all "invited " to this company out of millions of local beauties.
After that I was led intothe director who then briefly introduced his agency to me and just
handed over me a piece of contract,
saying the income for each job offer would be 40-60 split between him and me;
what's more, the most tricky thing finally was disclosed and waving to me :
"each candiate shall shoulde his own expenses on making star card and files"
So I went details on this point
as he explained i shall shoot a stat album at the cost of 1,800RMB (300 more than my first month salary).
So i would rather call this "the fox tail is finally showcased".---- you pay for this compay at least 1,800 wether or not you would get offer in the future,
so it is like the agent earns the most and you urself have to invest a lot in this not so promising moonlighting.
Therefore I kindly refused him and just left instantly.
On my way back, i was a little regreted as i had not mocked at the manager,
I should have said to him:
"If you really thing i have a star face, why not your agent make this star card at ur expense and we have 50-50 split of the income?"
---- I am not being mean towards them;
I am just so wondering AM I TREATED LIKE A POTENTIAL GIRL IN THIS PART TIEM OR JUST CHEATED BECAUSED I LOOK SO OBVIOULDY AS A NEW COMER?
A Second Round with Cheated Treatment
It happend on Sunday as i went out with my buddy friend Jingjing
We planed to meet at this so-called party where girls would meet to discuss issues on color matching and cosmetics.
It happend to Jingjing that she was caught at the subway station by a girl praising her high tastes of color-matching;
It also so interestingly that i arrived at the place earlier than Jingjing and started my pre-investigation:
It is a residential building from outside yet on each floor there are some offices under vairous names: mostly agencies----so it is obvious that a company like this (renting offices at residential places )are of low quality at least, only judging from the outside, needless to say, this distric is not as delelopped as the one like LU Wan Or XU Hui.
Interestingly when i stepped onto the floor and approcahed the door of that room, there was a girl outside waiting to come in.
Instantly, i realized that this might be some sales agnecies ,selling cosmetics and cheating comers to buy products under the name of free parties or lectures.
It turned out to be like that and even worse.
As Jingjing arrived, we observed the making up process partially, during which the dressser kept on emphasising the good quality of the products named "wei zi",
Yet when i noticed that this is a product from "Amyway" i know things going on here are cheating.
As "Amyway", in my mind, is merely a big center to do legally direct-sales (this is an issue going on in China with heated social effects for the past years, as people involved in illegeal direct-sales mostly end with bankrupt and bad reputation among relatives; yet it is still a question why chinese govenment allow Amyway to do it legally)
Anyway, from my bad impression and all the information i have
i suddenly realized that we were trapped in a cheating circle.
Question is are we clever enough to jump out?
They firstly washed our face with their top products
then introducted the company and soooooooo many classes of sales in a maths way,
Interestingly
they made strong emphasis on the differences between illegal direct-sales and their way of business
after that, we were taught about the money--time relationship as to open our eye for their prosperous career,
and fianlly the "fox tail" comes out"
"you shall attend our class on traing for 360 RMB and arond 200 RMB for the use of cosmetics during learning; you shall pay the premise right now as we shall keep the reservation of the classes for you"
SEE:bomb: How bold is that: reaching out for money in such a disgusting way!
Finally Jingjing and I beated their seveal round of persuasion with excuese such as time sechudling .

In addtion to the above two , so far i have also met the one with insureances companies whose approaches of cheating are just the same:
A recuitment post at well-known web headhunters in China under the name of "Financial Groups"
An interview notice by phone on Friday afternoon between 5-6p.m with prenotice of the name of the interviewer "** Manager"
An interview on weekend with some video and intro of the real "insureance company"
A detailed inteviw just to know wether you know enough people or not as to sell thier products
........
My real Heaven!
i am just a job-hunter and a fresh grudate and a new comer here to Shanghai,
Why i have encountered soooo many cheated cases?
Do i look like new comers that are easily to be treated like a fool?
Any way, i am also gald that i have not been blind at all during the whole process
My mind has all the way been clear about what's going on
Thanks to my carefuliness and cautiousness.
It is good to explore with some clear visions of what would happen
I am lucky enough having gone through these tricky cheats during my first months here
They are good for my growth anyway and indeed that is part of life.
