Autumn birds

When I am going to bus and tram stop near my house I am passing by the bushes which plant close to this terminal stop. Birds loves this bushes. All the year I can hear there these little merry and brisk singers. But it isn't easy to take them photos, because they are inside bushes and don't like cameras. Today I have taken photos one of them!

And I even make a short video with camera. Unfortunatly just in the same time three buses started and made so big noise that drowned song of birds.

What a beauty of a bird. Is it some sort of Harrier? I had a Northern Harrier hanging around my yard this winter. I miss him, but the songbirds don't.
