But I like your slower animations.

WARNING!! Do NOT view the film "Requiem for a Dream" if you are that hypersensitive - it most likely will drive you into a manic state. My favorite gifs here are of MRI vegetables. .

My brain is too "right dominate" to really understand the true meaning of your words . . . I am more visual and intuitive... and intellectual concepts only have meaning to me if I can translate them into visual/spacial concepts... maybe that is why I have not responded to your wonderful Brecht link - I got the overall idea of the article but much of it was beyond my understanding. I prefer viewing Brecht's (as with Beckett's) plays than reading them - because the visuals (as in Mother Courage) help me understand the text.
Oh, I wish my left and right brains were more balanced!!

When you read Sylvia Plath's poem "The Stones" > http://my.opera.com/eitaps/blog/2011/05/15/plath-poem-for-a-birthday-7-the-stones you can immediately imagine how electroshock must feel. I placed the poem as an answer to the 'shocked woman' animated gif above. That .gif is probably constructed by someone familiar to the phenomenon of being shocked..
