I don't like most ani-gifs. Most are to hyperactive for me as a hyper-mobile conditioned person with an hypersensitive nervous system and hypertension.. faint and I got easily irritated irked and yes, even angry mad devil by them..

But I like your slower animations. smile

sorry the animated gifs I posted made you irritated and angry. . .
WARNING!! Do NOT view the film "Requiem for a Dream" if you are that hypersensitive - it most likely will drive you into a manic state. My favorite gifs here are of MRI vegetables. . cool . . form and function in motion.

..but why so nervous - or should I use the word 'dynamic'?

I mean dynamical..

K. I admire your verbal literacy but I'm not sure what you're getting at with "why so nervous" or "dynamic" or "dynamical."
My brain is too "right dominate" to really understand the true meaning of your words . . . I am more visual and intuitive... and intellectual concepts only have meaning to me if I can translate them into visual/spacial concepts... maybe that is why I have not responded to your wonderful Brecht link - I got the overall idea of the article but much of it was beyond my understanding. I prefer viewing Brecht's (as with Beckett's) plays than reading them - because the visuals (as in Mother Courage) help me understand the text.
Oh, I wish my left and right brains were more balanced!! jester

Poets work from imagination and images first place - but their (sense of) language is so near to image that it turns out imagical (my neologism). We work wordmagic.

When you read Sylvia Plath's poem "The Stones" > http://my.opera.com/eitaps/blog/2011/05/15/plath-poem-for-a-birthday-7-the-stones you can immediately imagine how electroshock must feel. I placed the poem as an answer to the 'shocked woman' animated gif above. That .gif is probably constructed by someone familiar to the phenomenon of being shocked..
