Last saturday I bought the latest CD of Sheryl Crow called "Detours" and to me it's one of the best and most critical albums available at the moment. While the last album (Wildflower from 2005) was very calm and reflective, the new one is stronger and faster with great lyrics.

To me the best song is "Shine over Babylon" and the video is awesome.

I hope my favorite music doesn't scare you away.

As I said before, I like music with some kind of energy. I listen to music to push myself (work), to exhaust my body (dancing), to relax or just to yell out my zest for life (driving in my car).

On the other hand I often think about the future - the future of this planet, of mankind and naturally my own future too. The songs of Sheryl Crow often give me both: energy and lyrics to think about.
