Kung Food - xmas edition

I already start preparing my apartment for the time I'll be at my parents for xmas and newyear. One of the tasks I have to do is taking the food out of the refrigator. So it happened that I cooked today just for myself.

This time I took some filets of chicken, 400g gnocchi, an onion, 250ml of cream, 250ml of sour cream... and loads of spices!
I fried the filets, sliced and fried the onion, fried the gnocchi, added the cream... tasted it and... got aware that I forgot all spices! So I added salt, pepper, paprika pepper and some curry. :chef:

Easy peasy, but marvelous!

(and I even saved another dish for this saturday... refrigator for the win!):ninja:

Bomb the kitchen... revenge of the pollack

Aye, long time no see, eh?
Again I had to cook today in company and tried something completely new: Noodles with a pollack cream sauce. :chef:

As always the kitchen was a complete mess, but it tasted pretty okay (I think I needed a bit more lemon juice). At least everybody was totally saturated and nobody complained.

Bomb the kitchen! Chinese fried noodles...

They really asked for it!

Today was my cooking day in company again. But this time I brought my new secret weapon: my Nintendo DS with "Kochkurs" (cooking course). So I selected a receipe, went to the supermarket and bought all I needed (for the receipe see below). Then I entered the kitchen and turned it into a total mess! :chef:

Tangerine Dragon

I'm not a good cook, I'm not even a bad coook. Yes, I admit it, I'm not a cook at all. Still sometimes my refrigator reminds me, that I have some food that needs to be cooked, even if it's done by myself.

So today I checked my tins and found some tangerines... so with some meat, sour cream, loads of spices and a bit of rice I enganged my kitchen and turned it into a battlefield.
HORAY! :chef:

I made the mistake, to put the tangerines to the meat far too early, so they turned into part of the spicy sour cream... tastes great, but that optical effect wasn't intended. :left::right:

Still, it was pretty yummy and SPICY! So I call this dish: "Squishy Tangerine Dragon"! (sounds great, right?) I think this is menu card number 5.
