I was on the rock concert of Pink in Cologne this monday. You maybe remember that my parents gave me a ticket on Xmas, so I took my best shirt, a pair of trousers and a good jacket and made my way to the LanxessArena in the heart of Cologne.

A young female artist covered this german song from 1982 and created something completely new from it: A chilly, modern lounge song, ready to slowly take you away from your daily sorrows and stress. The video was made as a trailer for the TV music broadcaster "Deluxe Music", who focuses on music and content for grown ups.

Sheryl Crow - Shine over Babylon

Last saturday I bought the latest CD of Sheryl Crow called "Detours" and to me it's one of the best and most critical albums available at the moment. While the last album (Wildflower from 2005) was very calm and reflective, the new one is stronger and faster with great lyrics.

To me the best song is "Shine over Babylon" and the video is awesome.
