Nice app, liked the interface. Thanks.

Is there any way translate it to Russian? i will translate, i only need values on English smile

the english file is inside of the english SearchEdit-version or you can download the language-file here: http://files.opera-info.de/mikko/files/language_en_GB.properties

you can give me an translation of the file to russian and i can built an russian version of SearchEdit. you must save the language-file in java-unicode. this is very important.

Yes, thanks, i already found it (i forgot that *.jar is basically an archive file smile ).

I will translate it and post it here. About the java-unicode, what text editor can save in this encoding?

yes - jar is a zip-file.

editor: we use Yudit: http://www.yudit.org/
you must save the file as java and the editor will save the file with unicodes.

yes, post the file here. thx for your work. up

I think i am done... But i can not convert the file to java-unicode, yudit is a little bit strange editor for me, and i can't find any others to do the job... so here is the translation file with standard Unicode encoding: language_ru_GB.properties

I suppose i will have to look at the final results (on the interface) to be sure if i translated all properly (by a context).

BTW, there is a few incorrect English translation entries...

Where «IniWriter.12 = File exists. Replace?» should be without the File, because the end-display-line looks like this:

«Current file c:\...\file name.ini File exists. Replace?»

Which is a little confusing smile

Also the «Coding» entry, i think should be «Encoding».

Any way, here is the English file with those (and few more) corrections: language_en_GB.properties
