Jihad is the 6th basic principle of Islam. But non other than muslims has made it horrible. This is the most misunderstood principle of Islam not only by non muslims but equally by muslims. Especially muslims has raped term jihad ruthlessly. Every muslim fighting with others even his fellow muslim for his own intention or reason name it Jihad, which is absolutely wrong and manipulation of Jihad.
I am discussing jihad in this blog for muslims and non muslims equally. I'll glad to read coments and questions. I 'll entertain every querry.

1.Only authority to declare a jihad against any group, community or country is the HEAD OF STATE. No citizen, army man even forces chief can declare Jihad his self. If any one do so, it could be a fight but not a jihad.
2. When HOS declare Jihad only forces will fight. Masses will support forces. No citizen will go to battlefield untill enroll him self in forces or HOS call them for fighting.
3. It start fight.it is the duty of soldiers to kill the enemy or be killed until end of enemy and it prevailed peace or enemy beg for peace. But no muslim soldier will kill
A. Any unarmed person.
B. A person come to fight but given up his will to fight.
C. Any woman or child.
D. Who has closed his door.
E. Who has taken refuge in worship place or any muslim's house.
F. Who is captured in fight.
4. No soldier will demolish house or buisiness of enemy untill orders of his chief obeying HOS.
5. If any soldier of enemy beg for peace, it is the duty of muslim soldiers to send him in the place of peace far from battlefield.
6. Muslim soldiers will fight for God. Any other intention like anger, revange or popularity will deprive him of the eternal benefits of Jihad.
Abolishing these rules, any fight can't be Jihad. Remember killing of one person is killing of the whole race. God'll never forgive such people and who destroys the peace of society, country or world.
