Chop.

Aah i'm such a chop sometimes! We're not writing history tomorrow, we're writing on Wednesday. The 11th. I never ever know what the date is. Oh well, not a train smash, more 'study time' (read study- read everything but study). Just sucks because that is the day before evaluation.. grrr! We have to put all our stuff up on that day AND write the exam? I dont know on which planet our lecturers live but i'd like to visit there sometime.
I just watched that Heston Blumenthal series when he does those feasts.. Oh. My. Goodness. The man is a freakin genius! It was a Victorian inspired menu based on Alice in Wonderland and it was so interesting. The way that guy's mind works is insane, but awesome insane!
Creative people rock the world! I mean, edible bugs in an entirely edible garden? Yeehaw!
And turtle was a super elitist, expensive food in Victorian times. They imported something like 15 000 turtles from the Carribean to make turtle soup.
Shame, poor turtles though.

I think that anybody can be creative, it's mostly about opportunity, desire and confidence.

I would also like to visit Planet Lecturer - I'd get paid too much money for working 3 days a week and get to demand ridiculous crazy things...excellentay!
