Christmas!

Merry Christmas! Or whatever you celebrate! I hope your having a great day! What'd you all get?

Time, much needed, not enough!

Hey guys! I just wanted to stop in for a minute and see what was going on! I hadn't been on in about a week because my life has become so crazy and hectic and there just doesn't seem to be enough time anymore! I have my finals in a week and I am literally freaking out! I'm studying as much as possible while juggling a job, college, and high school! Anybody out there got good time management tips? I could really use some!

Crossing the Line!

I am now an adult! I turned 18 yesterday and I'm so happy about it! It was probably the best birthday I've ever had! Seriously, my friends got me some amazing gifts and made me delicious cakes! I won't say much on here because I don't have much time to write but I have now completed my childhood! It's such a big step, becoming an adult, taking on responsibility and all of those shenanigans! In other news, I'm stuck between two love interest! They're both super amazing and super hot! Anybody want to give me some dating tips? I may be a legal adult now but I seriously have no idea what to do about dating! My love life hasn't had much action in the last year! Anyway, for now, bye!

Friday!

Props go out to Rebecca Black! The YouTube Sensation who released that ever so horrible song called Friday! Wanna see it? Click on this link! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kfVsfOSbJY0&ob=av3e It really is a terrible song but I always find myself singing along to it! And it is about my favorite day of the week! Yes! No school tomorrow which means more sleep for me! Yes! All I have to worry about is work but that isn't to bad!

My senior year can be compared to a roller coaster ride! It is such an intense and fun ride that at the end, I really won't want it to be over! Currently, I'm trying to get money so that I can actually go to college. I really don't have the money to pay for it myself! So I try my best and apply for scholarships and grants that will give me money, hopefully! The thing I love the most about senior year though, my friends. I would be nowhere without them! You'll see a few pictures of them posted along with this blog! They really are the people that keep me going and help me through everything! Keep your friends close people! Your will need them one day!

I can't really say much about my family though because we aren't exactly getting along at the moment. Currently I no longer live with my mother or father. They seem to not want me in their lives. I wish I could impress them but it seems like I can't. Everything I do is to impress them but it just doesn't work, but its okay! I have a support group of friends and family that will help me along the way! So, whoever is out there, listening, reading, whatever, just know to choose the right people to be in your life and good influences because they will make such an impact on you!

This is me and my co-workers. They are some of closest friends!

This is my absolute best friend. I have no clue where I would be with out her! I love you Rachael!

This is me and my co-workers being silly at the local store! :-)

Just another blogger,
Zac

I'm back! :-)

It's been so long since I have been on my blog that I have missed it so much! I think the thing I miss the most about it is the people! I have met so many great people from other countries and states that its such a great learning experience! More specifically I have missed Kyle, Debbz, and Duane the most! I met them first on the site and haven't talked with them much lately! I hope everything with you guys is good!

It is my final year of high school now! I am in the scene and I find myself fighting for any bit of time that I could scrape together. I try to manage everything on my plate but sometimes it gets so difficult! I have applied to many colleges and universities and I have already been accepted into two! I am waiting on a scholarship that could possibly give me a full ride to Stanford University! The top university in America! Can you believe it? Because I can't! I never thought that I could actually make it! I have no clue what sets me apart from everyone else but I'm glad someone saw something in me!

I'm now the President of the French Club at my high school which is a very time-consuming job! I have to plan the meetings, advertise, and so much more! Blah! I love it so much though and it looked great on some of the applications! Anyway! I probably am ranting about my life too much! I hope everything out there is going great for you all! Be friendly, follow my blog, send me a message! I promise I will answer! I love meeting and getting to know new people! Bye!

Cupcakes In Blizzards??? Yessss! :-D

Heya Everybody! :-) how's the weather out there? Haha. Well it's for sure horrible here! We are in the middle of a blizzard! TWELVE INCHES OF SNOW!!! Already fallen and it's still coming down! It's crazy! I've had to shovel about six times today! Haha. Well good excercise! :-P but today I wanted to share a new recipe with you! Yaaah! I call them chocolate cupcake cones! It's super simple and the best way to eat some cake! All you need is a box of ice cream cones, a box of cupcake or cake mix (does not matter much), sprinkles (optional), icing and a muffin pan! Preheat your oven according to the box! So mix the cake mix as box says to. Place one cone in each muffin place and then pour cake batter into each cone filling up about 3/4 of the way. Then just pop into the oven following time on cake box! Pull it out and let them cool. when cool ice them and put on the sprinkles! My siblings love these and they are super good for bday parties! I hope you'll try them! smile

Daycare, Preschool, Elementary School, Middle School, High School, College, Medical School. Does it ever end?!?!

Today I spent my day sifting though a fat pile of college invites, guidelines, tips, and other crap that tries to get me to select that "one" college that's perfect for me! But gosh! I'm feeling exhausted and overwhelmed! I replied back to the colleges that most got my attention but that turned out to be 13 letters that i've got to mail out tommorow! THIRTEEN! And not to mention, it's only the middle of my junior year so I'm sure there are more to come! I thought I knew what to do and where to go but I don't! I don't have the slightest idea! I know what I want to do and how and all that but choosing a college seems so difficult! And not to mention that it's another four years of school to tack on and then four years of medical school after that! That's twenty years of my life I spent being educated to become some surgeon. :-\ It all seems so confusing and exhausting! I wish there was an easier way to become a surgeon. Haha. So as I mail my 13 letters to those 13 colleges and those 13 people open my letters and read them and have 13 thoughts about some kid who's finishing his 13th year of school, I'll be thinking that this college thing is huge but exhausting and wild at the same time. And the circle of life continues. Right?

French Food For Family?? Funnnnn!

Hi everybody! I'm sorry I haven't posted in a long time! I'll try and post more often! Today I made my favorite dessert! "Pain du Chocolat". It literally means "chocolate bread" in french but us Americans deemed them chocolate croissants. smile it's just some croissant dough, chocolate chips, and some powder sugar! It's super easy to make and super yummy to eat! I also tried something new today and put in peanut butter chips and it turned out REALLY GOOD! I'm one of those people who really really love peanut butter! smile i know the presentation in the picture isn't good but hey! They still look super yummy! I'm not gonna post how to prepare them unless someone asks me to but I hope you liked reading today! Like I said i'll try and post more often. I think this blog is turning into some sort of food blog. p give me some feedback please! Bye! Oh and try the recipe! It's amazing! smile

Inventing Food For The Fun Of It? Want A Taste?

Happy Holidays guys! I hope it's going well! So your probably wondering what's in the picture....well we will get to that! First some background history...I love to cook! I love to learn new things and prepare yummy dishes! But most of all I love to EXPERIMENT with food! I love to mix my own concoctions and stir up some trouble! Haha. My favorite experiment is always breakfast made from leftovers! So my favorite leftover breakfast dish I've ever created is egg, corn, and chicken scramble! Probably doesn't sound to yummy does it Well it is! :-D first all you need is two or three eggs. Beat them well. Throw them into the skillet first (assuming you've used some non-stick spray) and let it set for a bit then add pepper. And go heavy on it. Pepper and eggs were meant to be. Next add some leftover fresh or frozen corn (DO NOT USE CANNED CORN! IT'S NO BUENO!) And bits of chopped up chicken. Both of these can be taken straight from the fridge and thrown int9 the skillet with the eggs. Now just scramble up the mix and voila! My beautiful scramble! (hint hint: the picture) it may not sound so bueno but try it! :-D it's AMAZING! P.S. Corn and chicken is the way into my heart! Haha. ;-) Now go and cook some crazy concoctions! And tell me how it goes or your previous wild times in the kitchen! I'm listening! :-D
