Heya Everybody! :-) how's the weather out there? Haha. Well it's for sure horrible here! We are in the middle of a blizzard! TWELVE INCHES OF SNOW!!! Already fallen and it's still coming down! It's crazy! I've had to shovel about six times today! Haha. Well good excercise! :-P but today I wanted to share a new recipe with you! Yaaah! I call them chocolate cupcake cones! It's super simple and the best way to eat some cake! All you need is a box of ice cream cones, a box of cupcake or cake mix (does not matter much), sprinkles (optional), icing and a muffin pan! Preheat your oven according to the box! So mix the cake mix as box says to. Place one cone in each muffin place and then pour cake batter into each cone filling up about 3/4 of the way. Then just pop into the oven following time on cake box! Pull it out and let them cool. when cool ice them and put on the sprinkles! My siblings love these and they are super good for bday parties! I hope you'll try them!

Today I spent my day sifting though a fat pile of college invites, guidelines, tips, and other crap that tries to get me to select that "one" college that's perfect for me! But gosh! I'm feeling exhausted and overwhelmed! I replied back to the colleges that most got my attention but that turned out to be 13 letters that i've got to mail out tommorow! THIRTEEN! And not to mention, it's only the middle of my junior year so I'm sure there are more to come! I thought I knew what to do and where to go but I don't! I don't have the slightest idea! I know what I want to do and how and all that but choosing a college seems so difficult! And not to mention that it's another four years of school to tack on and then four years of medical school after that! That's twenty years of my life I spent being educated to become some surgeon. :-\ It all seems so confusing and exhausting! I wish there was an easier way to become a surgeon. Haha. So as I mail my 13 letters to those 13 colleges and those 13 people open my letters and read them and have 13 thoughts about some kid who's finishing his 13th year of school, I'll be thinking that this college thing is huge but exhausting and wild at the same time. And the circle of life continues. Right?Monday, January 17, 2011 3:38:04 AM
Hi everybody! I'm sorry I haven't posted in a long time! I'll try and post more often! Today I made my favorite dessert! "Pain du Chocolat". It literally means "chocolate bread" in french but us Americans deemed them chocolate croissants.
it's just some croissant dough, chocolate chips, and some powder sugar! It's super easy to make and super yummy to eat! I also tried something new today and put in peanut butter chips and it turned out REALLY GOOD! I'm one of those people who really really love peanut butter!
i know the presentation in the picture isn't good but hey! They still look super yummy! I'm not gonna post how to prepare them unless someone asks me to but I hope you liked reading today! Like I said i'll try and post more often. I think this blog is turning into some sort of food blog.
give me some feedback please! Bye! Oh and try the recipe! It's amazing!

Happy Holidays guys! I hope it's going well! So your probably wondering what's in the picture....well we will get to that! First some background history...I love to cook! I love to learn new things and prepare yummy dishes! But most of all I love to EXPERIMENT with food! I love to mix my own concoctions and stir up some trouble! Haha. My favorite experiment is always breakfast made from leftovers! So my favorite leftover breakfast dish I've ever created is egg, corn, and chicken scramble! Probably doesn't sound to yummy does it Well it is! :-D first all you need is two or three eggs. Beat them well. Throw them into the skillet first (assuming you've used some non-stick spray) and let it set for a bit then add pepper. And go heavy on it. Pepper and eggs were meant to be. Next add some leftover fresh or frozen corn (DO NOT USE CANNED CORN! IT'S NO BUENO!) And bits of chopped up chicken. Both of these can be taken straight from the fridge and thrown int9 the skillet with the eggs. Now just scramble up the mix and voila! My beautiful scramble! (hint hint: the picture) it may not sound so bueno but try it! :-D it's AMAZING! P.S. Corn and chicken is the way into my heart! Haha. ;-) Now go and cook some crazy concoctions! And tell me how it goes or your previous wild times in the kitchen! I'm listening! :-DSaturday, December 25, 2010 6:49:15 PM
