My 5V Supply

I spent most of my weekend making this power-supply and writing about how to make it!

Output

Its a very simple circuit actually, but still caused me a lot of trouble to assemble. Mainly because I was working at night and very sleepy..... P:

Here is another picture of it:


It uses a Pi-filter to filter the voltage then a LM7805 IC to regulate the output.

I must admit I'm totally oblivious when it comes to circuits.
