I'm sitting here, a warm mug of English breakfast tea cupped in my hands, its milky texture and smooth, sweet taste, greatly satisfying. A refreshing breeze is blowing through my window, puffs of air gently lifting the curtains as they flow by. Outside, an anxious pocket-dog makes known to the neighbourhood its tiny existence. Inside, the exhilarating and heart-warming sound of my favourite music is playing: Yuki Kajiura (who else?). The interplay between a piano and violins, the rich sounds of a mini-orchestra, dance from the speakers and waltz around my room. The sky is blue, the clouds are white, and the day swells with possibilities.

What's on the agenda today? My mind drifts over this question before more music distracts it from serious contemplation. Taking another sip of my warm beverage, I decide to let the day decide for me. Yes, that seems like a good idea. So I close my eyes and listen.

So, as you may have noticed, my creative streak has been running amuck lately. I inevitably signed up at Fanfiction.net, though I haven't uploaded any stories yet (I don't have any stories to upload!) There's also a two day waiting period before new users can post anything anyway. As with all my other endeavours, I don't have a clue where I plan to take it. (Taking things in stride seems to be my habit.. pretty devastating for serious work though... -__-||) Well, to be fair, I have started on one writing for My-Otome. There's not as many of these out there as there are for My-Hime, and my favourite character is cooler in My-Otome (read: more mischievous, less malicious).

Anyway, I don't know when I'll have a completed chapter up (if ever), but feel free to check out my account if you'd like.

Well, two members anyway:

Turkey the turtle can be seen on the left, and Popcorn the rabbit is sitting on the right. We just installed a new outdoor hutch for nine-year old Popcorn, so the whole family (including these two ladies) have been spending the last few days outside, enjoying the sunshine. Thanks to this, I've returned to being camera-happy. Here's a new album to commemorate the occasion!
