Dear Friends...what nice and funny weekend I passed!!!I realized one of the things "I'd like to do before die": I've been to OKTOBERFEST!!!!!!!
Departure from Italy the 28 September 2007 at 11:30 p.m (but the bus arrived late about one hour!) and arrival to destination München at 8:30 a.m of 29 Sept.
I was with two my friends, that added to ohters two girls of travel posse, constituted the only 5 girls on the bus on 39 boys. What luck!! (Obviously our boyfriends were not too much happy but.....patience... we are good girls!! )
After 8 hours of travel and only 2 stop to stretching our legs and drink a 'coffe'..ehm..elongate water with some residuals of,perhaps,coffe ..... we arrived to Theresienwiese, or better to Oktoberfest!!
Just arrived there was a lot of people that was in queue to brewery stands since 8:30 a.m to take place into them. Not having the will to start drink beer too soon (we hadn't slept the night on the bus, we seems zombies), after a short trip into the side of the fest we decided to go to Monaco.
The underground carrie us up to Marienplatz and immediately we have been captured by the enormous quantity of shops, and since we are women, we decided to transform the day in a "shopping trip".
H&M was the most quoted. I bought here a swatshirt for the cold of the night.
Lunch at Mc'Donalds, coffe at Lavazza (with a sugar inconvenient ) and rest at a green park: the sleep hanged (we hadn't slept since two days before), so after have searched a newspaper to put on the ground and a sunny place, we waited for Morpheus.
At 8 p.m we return to Oktoberfest and the scene was disconcerting:eyes: !!! People bastantly drunk to be "abandoned" on the floor near the street, people still waiting for entry to stands, we assisted also at a roughhouse...summing the situation: many many many many too people and the major part of them were many many many many drunk!!
After a long research for a stand, we can entry to Paulaner's and can drink, finally, our beer. Some Americans boys approach us and start chat..Funny boys!
Ended,we search for THE LITRE.
Into stands was impossible enter, so, aggregated to a group of German boys and girls that was sitted out of Lowenbrau, because standing up waitresses didn't dishes beer, we drunked the most good drink of the world: THE BEER.
The day after we returned home, but making a stop to Innsbruck. It's very very nice city. Here I gave the final hammering to my liver: after a day passed to eat Mc'Donalds food, mega wurstels and illed "coffe", I ate a piece of sacher. The libido of chocolate. Yummm...
Concluding: Next year I will return!!!!!!!!
