I will find a solution for this later this evening. It probably involves setting up my own webserver to host the files and I'm hoping to have it fixed by friday.
Again I'm very sorry about all the trouble caused by this.

Simple Tournament Director requires a full Java 6 runtime environment while cellphones have a shrinked version(j2me) of Java.
I'm working on a version for j2me but this will probably take some time to complete as I have a lot to do these days.

Voice should work out of the box but you have to enable it. Do that by clicking the Preferences button in the level editor.

This does not have a high priority as I do have several other todos which are way more important. One of them actually relates to a weird and scary sound in my car

New version in the making which will make it a lot more usable.
It will probably be released next week.

With the new update last night, I experienced a problem with the blinds not working. When hitting the Next Level button, the clock forwards but the blinds do not change.
And it seems to want to update each time I start it now, even though it has updated 5 times now.
I am not sure if the above problems are just isolated to myself and something I need to figure out on my Lenovo T60 (XP) or something others are experiencing also. Thought I would pass it along and give you a heads up.
Thanks again for the great program.

As for the software updating each time you run it just try to uninstall and run it again from the webpage. Your settings will still be there.
Also check your homedir and delete both the VoiceEngine.zip file and the folder VoiceEngine if it's there. On xp it should be c:\documents and settings\username. Linux /home/username.
