Goodbye Sam.

,

My very great friend, Sam, passed away in peace this morning. He was a good 'little man' who gave out a lot of pleasure. We will all miss him, but he is at peace now and free of his illness. It happens to every living being and so we all must embrace this life while we can.

Big love and peace to all.

My condolences Skip, it is never easy to face the loss of a family member, a dear friend or a family pet. At least Sam is at peace from ill.

We had another tragic loss with my adopted, daughter Tabi's Bernese youngster who was run down by a stupid man driving to fast, towing a trailer and went out of control - could have killed her children playing with the dog on their driveway. He came onto the drive and killed their dog Copper.

God, I hope there will not be a third loss. Take care my friend, and again I am sorry for your loss. I hope all will be well with you and yours. Stay with good cheer, health and stay safe.

Sorry to read that,Skip. Dogs are more than friends in a way. They are so present. I lost my Yorkshire 6 years ago and his memory is still haunting my mind deliciously every day. Have a nice weekend. smile

Thank you, Fifineleb. I like your phrase 'still haunting my mind deliciously.' Take good care of yourself, my friend.
