Kate Beckinsale is a tough one. Most know her as the chilly star of two Underworld movies, or as the love interest in any number of dreadful hit movies (want Click and Serendipity? You can have ‘em). Lately she’s been buffed and waxed into movie star perfection, but it may surprise some that under that immobile brow and those pumpkin-colored highlights are the instincts of a real actress. You get glimpses of that Kate Beckinsale in Snow Angels, the latest from All the Real Girls writer/director David Gordon Green.
Beckinsale plays one half of a married couple with the shambling Sam Rockwell, and to put him in a scene with the tightly-wound Beckinsale is to know immediately why these characters have begun separation proceedings. Beckinsale copes by sniping at her young daughter and carrying on an affair with Nicky Katt, and while she’s intermittently interested in letting Rockwell back into her life (at least, before he inevitably screws things up again), a terrible tragedy severs their chances for reconciliation and sends both characters into some mighty dark places.
Green knows that things are going to get rough in this story, and before they do, you’re allowed some hammy improv curlicues from the clever Katt and Rockwell, not to mention the always sublime Amy Sedaris as one of Beckinsale’s coworkers. But despite the directorial precision on display here, and the resuscitation of Beckinsale as an interesting actress, the story remains stubbornly uninvolving. These actors go through some intense stuff, but you watch it happen at arms length, never feeling the things for them you’d need to in order to invest in the grim second half. What you end up with, then, is a movie as pretty – but as cold- as its title.
In One Line----Watch this for Kate Beckinsale

Its not that I play basketball so much these days but, who isn’t a fan of Michael Jordan. He was an amazing basketball player and a nice person off court. This is a very nice mantel piece for a room in the house, old

grain looking leather with a jumping man symbol on the sides. For $150 I think it is a great novelty item to have if you were a fan or knows some one that is a fan.

Got a gift that's too good to give away in the box it came in? Fool your recipient with a Fake Gift Box from The Onion ($20/4-pack). This terrific collection of boxes for ridiculous fictitious products

— we're particular fans of the Visor-ganizer — is sure to draw the ire of your loved ones, that is, before they realize they've been duped. Way better than actually having to buy a Chia Pet just for the box.

This was one the best car movies to come out in a long time. When it came out it put street racing on the front of the page. I have seen the movie in a few years, decided to watch it again and it was worth watching. One hell of an adrenaline rush.
There is a story, fast cars, and lots of actions, and loads of pretty Japanese gals, that is why I loved the movie. And i can watch it again.
I went out after watching this movie and I was driving like a race car driver. That is what the movie does to you, you think you are one of the best drivers out there. I remember in the states there were lots of races and people going crazy at the parking lots of the movie theaters when it came out and police were on high alert trying to catch these drivers.
Actually after watching this movie i tried drifting my dad's car and that's when i was banned from touching his car again....

I don’t know what to say abut this movie without it being bad, it isn’t just bad but it wasn’t horrible. You keep hoping that it will get better but that isn’t the case, it seems the special effects people really put an effort into the movie, really they did. The script is one of a kind, I don’t think they could have made this bad if they intentionally tried. I slept a bit through this movie which hasn’t happened to me in an action movie before. Take a look at the cast list and you tell me what you think, it seems that nobody was into this movie or somebody didn’t screen it.
Cast list:
►Jason Statham - Great actor, he tried but just didn’t get it right
►John Rhys Davies -Too deep for this movie
►Ray Liotta - He was playing a character from Brooklyn
►Matthew Lillard - Scooby Doo anyone
►Leelee Sobieski - Not Bad
►Burt Reynolds - He was playing a drunk football coach with a crown
►William Sanderson - meh
►Ron Perlman - Sounded like a guy from Jersey rather then a guy from a mythical time
►Claire Forlani - Best woman in the movie and hot too, thats about it
►Brian J. White - The Wire or The Shield ?
►Kristanna Loken - Doesn’t count she was in the movie for 5 minutes max
Nothing else can be said.

Ashutosh Govarikar has come up with yet another hit. Jodha-Akbar, starring Aishwarya Rai and Hrithik Roshan, respectively, is a must watch, despite its long running length and it promises to take Govarikar's directorial skills to an entirely new levels. The movie is just not about the unspoken love between the Mughal emperor Akbar and the Rajput princess Jodha, but it also gives out a message of secularity of India to the ones who are hell-bent on forgetting that India is a secular nation.
The movie is grand, as are the movie sets, the actors' costumes, accessories( read 8 kg gold jewellery for Jodha), Govarikar has succeeded in recreating the Mughal grandeur. A R Rehman has once again proved his mettle. The music for the movie is top notch. The songs, 'jashne bahara' and 'ajeemo shan-shehensha' are really good and they definitely immerse you into the story and don't hinder the story.
Hrithik was a little apprehend while shining this movie but he has done a real good job as has Aishwarya. The scenes where the duo talk to each other with their eyes are really romantic. This movie takes on-screen romance to new levels. Especially Hrithik and Aishwarya's on-screen chemistry gets better here after Dhoom-2, where they lip-locked, but here they scarcely touch each other. Their eyes do the whole magic.
Disregarding the controversy surrounding the movie, the movie's bound to make raves, releasing this friday with 1500 prints all over India. On the whole, the movie is worth-watching.
