Well, that's because you're skin allergic to them, I used to have an allergy that attacked my breathing system, something like asthma. It depends on what your doctor says, for example: I used to have breathing problems with the cat hair and start coughing, nothing big but it bothered me. So just for fun I started to swim in indoor pools and along with a kiddy medicine, called Zaditen® I got cured in about 3 or 4 years, I remember I couldn't even run a lot without getting tired, Now I'm with my cats all around, I even eat their hairs (disgusting I know, but if you have lots of cats it happens) and I even smoke!! And I haven't had a breathing/lung problem never again, just a little cough when I catch a cold and some sneezing, that's it.
You should try to find a similar solution to your allergy, and check if it's from your skin. You'll get better, don't worry.

thank you i was about to see a doc a while ago, but my friend said the test includes they scratching your skin with needles i'm afraid of needles
i have a puppy though, she doesn't make me sneeze at all i love her sooooo much!
Yeah eating it (I hope you don't find the cat pee conversation then )
My sister had that test, it's not THAT hard, and besides, if you didn't go before you should do it as soon as possible, allergies very often can be cured and you don't have to think about them anymore, and whether you like it or not, they have to be treated. Sometimes corticoids help a lot.
I recomment you to visit an allergist. Because I don't think it's "SCRATCHING YOUR SKIN WITH NEEDLES" I think it just sounds painful.
And hey! If you think that's painful check this out:
(Sorry for the dirty kitchen and the squids)
That took lots of hours and REAL SKIN SCRATCHING, and here I am, alive and kicking.

No one can be allergic to that sweet gray tiger-like kitten. Sometimes... Ok, I'm going too far
PS: funz81 I know about that, I used to be allergic to almost everything before I got cured
