In 1981, Dave Mustaine exploded into the rock scene as a bandmember of a new band called Metallica. Two years later, he was kicked out of the band, supposedly due to drugs. I'm so glad that happened, because in 1983, he formed Megadeth. Now, Megadeth's style has changed over the years, each sound brilliant - but there is one album that I am currently playing a lot, which is Youthanasia.

This came out in 1994, after Mustaine had gotten clean in rehab, and, unsurprisingly went platinum. If you listen to anything today, make it Youthanasia. All the tracks are fantastic - and that's rare.

Never really got into Metallica or Megadeath for some reason although I have some tracks somewhere:left:

I think this album would suit you in particular, actually :D . Actually, look up the song Sweat And Bullets by Megadeth, I think it's on the album Countdown To Extinction, it's really dark and strange, you'd like it x

I have been, since Fank had an overhaul. Next weeks music is something I decided to try out for new, too. I've mainly been getting albums from artists I have heard songs by before, but ones I haven't heard yet, just to see if I like their other stuff. It's fun :D

I just got alot of music I listened to some time back.. thought I'd transfer some songs via laptop to phone when it comes.. guess what happened?:irked: time to save up again..

Which Metallica do you have? I can't believe you've never heard any Megadeth! But, then, I'm actually only starting to really love them recently. People are usually one or the other, you know?

Only a couple of tracks. I borrowed 'Master of Puppets' and 'And Justice for All' from a mate at uni, but I don't have them now. I have MP3s of 'Unforgiven' and 'Enter Sandman', but that's it.
