Part 2.

"Where is he??? Where's my baby?!!"
"Your name, ma'am?"
"Mrs Fay Darrow! Where is Mark???"
"Hold, on, ma'am.... Ah, he's in room 1903..."
"What happened to him?"
"I think I can answer that, Mrs Darrow."
"And you are??"
"Benjamin Jones, FBI. Please walk with me, Madam..."

"Is my son badly injured?"
"Well, I'm afraid it doesn't look too good. Are you aware of the fantasy creature, Girlzilla?"
"Well, yes, but I don't see what that has to do with anyth..."
"Madam, this creature exists. It has been terrorising a particular area of the U.S for quite some time, now..."
"My Lord! I thought my father was crazy!"
"'Fraid not, Ma'am. We're currently planning a capture mission. We have tried many strategies, all have failed, but the urgency for a successful capture is rising quickly."
"I can't believe this!"
"Just the facts, Ma'am."
"Well... Wha... What did it do to my son??"
"I don't know how to tell you this... it..."
"What??"
"It... took..."
"Took what??"
"Madam, it took his genitalia."
"*gasp!*"
"Took them off entirely in a clean rip."
*THUD*
"Hmmm... Maybe I could've explained that a little more delicately... Nurse? It seems this woman has fainted...."

~~~~~
"Gentlemen, what do we have so far?"
"Well, Ah think tha best way would be to, ah, lure the sucka out and smoke 'em! Mmm!"
"Don't be ridiculous, General! How do you suppose we "lure" the creature? We've gathered all the experts, and to no avail!"
"Doctor Worthspenny is right, General. We've flown in Mr Cadbury, Mr Kipling..."
"Even Sirs Ben and Jerry themselves!"
"Quite right. Even Mr Thornton!"
"Gentleman, gentleman, I think we have another option..."
"We're listening, Yamane..."
"Perhaps, instead of a lure, we devise a scare tactic!"
"But what could it possibly be afraid of, Sir?"
"If you'd turn your attention to the screen, you'll see for yourselves..."
"By Jove, I think he's got it!!"
"If this works, Sir, you are quite the genius indeed..."
By the way - I like the names bigsmile.
Spaggyj Friday, August 29, 2008 10:49:42 PM
No Carol, LOL.
Rose - do you recognise them? I hope someone does - and if anyone can tell me all the movies/books I've referenced loosely (without using a search engine) I'd be impressed! I've decided to write each part in a different style, too.
r♡serose-marie Friday, August 29, 2008 11:00:36 PM
Hmmm sherlock Well, Worthpenny could be Moneypenny. Cadbury is chocolate bigsmile. Rudyard Kipling, Ben & Jerry ice-cream and Thornton... Billy Bob maybe?
Don't know Yamame, Benjamin Jones or Fay Darrow.
Looking forward to the next part yes
Cleanclean Friday, August 29, 2008 11:50:15 PM
Dacotah Saturday, August 30, 2008 12:53:49 AM
theoddbod Saturday, August 30, 2008 12:54:57 AM
sherlock
Moesring Saturday, August 30, 2008 3:30:35 AM
Cadbury, (Mr) Kipling, Ben and Jerry and Thornton are all fairly common brands of chocolate, cakes, ice cream and chocolate (again) respectively. rolleyes The other names are wasted on me although Worthspenny looks familiar. sherlock
I wonder what the scare tactic could be. sherlock
Shutting down all shops everywhere perchance? bigsmile
Spaggyj Saturday, August 30, 2008 6:27:09 AM
Well, yeah, Cadbury, Kipling, Thornton, Ben and Jerry are all makers of sweet food bigsmile .
Worthspenny was made up lol .
Things associated with films/books -
Yamane
Fay, Darrow (two seperate names, same film)
Benjamin, Jones (again, same film, two names)
1903
"Just the facts, Ma'am"
...and the obvious Girlzilla wink .
It was a good guess, Carol! bigsmile .
No, not shutting down the shops p
Moesring Saturday, August 30, 2008 6:33:05 AM
The names Benjamin and Jones are not exactly unique. rolleyes
Maybe Boyzilla is what will scare her? sherlock
All he needs to do is something gross in the inimitable way that males do. yes
Dacotah Saturday, August 30, 2008 6:33:29 AM
bigsmile
Spaggyj Saturday, August 30, 2008 6:48:46 AM
Well, sure. But by the end of the story you should be able to tell me the films referenced. No, not Boyzilla p
r♡serose-marie Saturday, August 30, 2008 10:08:37 AM
lol I only had one correct?
I think Fay Darrow might be from King Kong wink.
Spaggyj Saturday, August 30, 2008 10:33:46 AM
You clever clogs - Fay Wray played Ann Darrow in the original 1933 film happy
r♡serose-marie Saturday, August 30, 2008 10:37:16 AM
Ah! I knew it was something familiar bigsmile.
Spaggyj Saturday, August 30, 2008 10:39:10 AM
