A Couple Of Shots I Never Got Around To Posting

The other day, I was browsing around the photos I've uploaded to Ovi for use on my blog. Luckily, I upload things I think I'll use as soon as I've taken them - resetting my phone deleted all my photos and I forgot to back them up.

Anyway, as I was saying, I was taking a look at the stuff I'd uploaded and I came across a few shots I'd forgotten to share. At the time I got all weepy, but now they make me smile.
Here they are:


^ Poppy was lazing about on Grum's chair, and I decided to run my finger along the arm of the chair... Which interested her majorly. I was her favourite thing to hunt at this stage :lol: .


^ She was in the middle of washing, I went up to her and held up my camera, called her name and pressed to take the photo as I did it, and got this shot :lol: .

I can't believe I'd forgotten to share these with you lot - they're so funny to me :D

She really was, wasn't she? :happy: . I'm glad you enjoyed them - did they turn out okay? Can't really judge picture quality accurately on a tiny phone screen :lol:

My experience is that you don't even need to do that much. All my cats seem to like having their picture taken and will immediately start posing if a camera is around.

Thankfully they haven't figured out that my phone has a camera or I would never be able to get any natural pictures of them. awww

Actually, Grum's cats are a bit odd. Sometimes they'll pose, other times they're restless. Poppy was still quite young at the stage of the photos, and even so, of all the hundred or so photos I ever managed to take, only about ten were useable. She was very hyperactive until the last couple months or so... Then, she went from considering me a toy to considering me one of the only three people she liked to be around.
Whisk always poses, though. He's an attention-whore :lol:

I like cats in general, but prefer the ones with striped gray fur. Once we had a cat, Musi, who was like this, just bigger, alpha male in neighbourhood :cool: He was not afraid even from dogs, made a lot of them run away :lol: Once we put him on the scale and he had more than 7 kg :left:

Awww, those are some really nice shots of a pretty Poppy! I especially like her mouth on the bottom one. (Yeah, yeah... I'm weird.)
