Nose Slim and Lite

,

Okay, so, it's no secret that I used to be a fat child. Nor is it a secret that over the last few years I've lost a lot of weight.

Now, I don't have many pictures of me that aren't within the last 6 months, but I did find a couple from 2-4 years ago, when I was about 30 pounds heavier. I know that you can't really tell much from poor quality photos, but you can tell some. It is most noticeable around the cheeks, eyes and nose.

My heavier photos are on the left - recent photos to compare on the right.

I suppose it is difficult to see just how much my face has changed from these photos rather than having known me for say, five years, but I thought the nose shrinkage in particular was noticeable.
No?

You always look like a princess to me babe.

MizzMartinez 28. September 2009, 11:03

Yes. I can see the difference. How did you loose weight?

gdare 28. September 2009, 11:06

Your eyes amazes me... can't notice anything else :D

Spaggyj 28. September 2009, 11:08

Mik  .

Kerst - I stopped skipping meals, started eating regularly and eating what I wanted. Also, as our living situation improved we could afford better nutrition.

Dark, what do you mean?

gdare 28. September 2009, 11:12

I like how your eyes look like  Did you use any make up on the lower right photo?

KYren 28. September 2009, 11:26

I think you look beautiful in both the photos. Lost 15kg, good, if you were 15 kg over weight than your normal body weight.
I like girls with some fat on them. In another words I like curvy girls. :D

Furie 28. September 2009, 11:26

Furie 28. September 2009, 11:29

Kiran, one day I'm going to teach you how to talk to women in a way that wont get your testicles strapped to a car battery.

Spaggyj 28. September 2009, 11:30

Thank you Darko. Yes, they've all got makeup except the top right p: .

Kiran - thank you. I lost a lot more than this in total, over a period of 6 years. I would never wish to look emaciated, and I don't think I ever will - I'm a solidly-built girl p:

Cois 28. September 2009, 11:46

Awww chubby wubby Toph.. *legs it*

Furie 28. September 2009, 12:11

See, that guy knows how to talk to the ladies. Unfortunately he actually wants the car battery treatment.

KYren 28. September 2009, 12:33

Thanks Kim for understanding and not throwing me otta your friends list. I spoke my mind without any ill will in it.

qlue 28. September 2009, 12:43

*eyes Mik's shotgun cautiously* You look great in all of the above!.

gdare 28. September 2009, 12:43

Kimmie, first thing I ever notice with girls are their eyes - a window to a soul

Kyren's, Cois' and Mik's comments made me remember an old song...

:sing: Goodness gracious great balls of fire :sing:

Spaggyj 28. September 2009, 12:44

Shut ya face, Sammy  .

Kiran, I didn't see anything wrong with your comment at all  honestly! :D

Spaggyj 28. September 2009, 12:46

Oop, squirrelled twice  .

Aadil, thank you  you're very sweet :D .

Dark - eyes are the first thing I notice in the opposite sex also p: . And thanks, that song's in my head now

Dacotah 28. September 2009, 13:04

Pretty Princess of Purple.
*Mik's shotgun is a water shotgun* p:
We all steal Kimmie away. :D

KYren 28. September 2009, 13:08

 Kim, do you think I should take dating lessons from Mik?
99% of us don't date here, we do arrange marriage, so no use of learning skills of speaking to women to impress them, btw.

Spaggyj 28. September 2009, 13:08

 Carol, do you see the nose shrinkage at all? To me it looks much less bulby :left:

Spaggyj 28. September 2009, 13:10

Gah! It's Squirrel Kimmie Day! Kiran, it's fine. Everyone's awkward sometimes! p: . As for arranged marriage, you know how I feel about this :irked:

Dacotah 28. September 2009, 13:20

Kimmie :D
:sst: If bulby means around the tip of your nose then yes, I see it shrunk there.

Spaggyj 28. September 2009, 13:26

Yes, the tip. It was bulby - big and round

Dacotah 28. September 2009, 13:34

I wouldn't say it was bulby.
I'd say this is bulby:

Spaggyj 28. September 2009, 13:47

That's not bulby! That's wedgy! To the extreme  . Bulby is like a plant bulb..

Dacotah 28. September 2009, 14:06

 :D

KYren 28. September 2009, 14:48

I am going to marry a European girl. I am leaving India.

Spaggyj 28. September 2009, 15:01

Good for you! I hate the arranged marriage custom.

Cois 28. September 2009, 16:46

Awww I got a bulby nose myself awww Toph.. I shan't shut it ever

Spaggyj 28. September 2009, 17:02

You have got a bulby nose, but it's not from being chubby-faced is it you fucking twat? :D

Cois 28. September 2009, 17:15

No.. It's because you're a mean old lady hiding in the shell of a lovely chubby wubby girl..

Zaphira 28. September 2009, 17:41

I think you're pretty in all four photos. flirt

:sst: I can't see that thing you mention about the nose.

Spaggyj 28. September 2009, 17:46

Hey, I'm not that fucking chubby anymore, CB, so watch your mouth  .

Kitty, thanks. You're blind p:

Zaphira 28. September 2009, 18:01

Sorry. My guide dog has the evening off. P:

ellinidata 28. September 2009, 18:15

you were sweet then,
and you are sweet now...
wearing a few sizes smaller jeans, it doesn't make the person more loving
however I give you 1,000 points for the discipline that will give you a healthier and a longer life

Spaggyj 28. September 2009, 18:43

Kitty, I find it hilarious that a Kitty has a guide dog  !

Hello Ellinidata. I agree, a person's size has nothing to do with anything important (unless they're so big their health's at risk, of course.) There was no discipline involved at all actually, rather the opposite.

Zaphira 28. September 2009, 18:49

Well, dogs can be really sweet, and good, hard workers, so why not take advantage of that. :D

Spaggyj 28. September 2009, 18:53

Whip that bitch Cois into doing your bidding!

flamingo-rinse 28. September 2009, 19:29

Self perception is a painful thing - you looked cool then and you do now. Not hitting on you *laughs*, just saying, that's all

*eyes Mik* - honest and friendly remarks, dude, put away that chainssaw

Spaggyj 28. September 2009, 20:02

Thanks Nick p: . Nah, I'm not unhappy with the way I used to look... I was just more rounded of face, it was a simple observation, took me by surprise :D

rose-marie 29. September 2009, 08:44

You're so pretty!

I don't see what you see around the eyes and cheeks, but a little bit around the nose.

Spaggyj 29. September 2009, 08:54

Thank you :o: . So are you flirt ! I need to find a picture of me from 5 years ago, it's totally horrible  . You'd definitely see the difference from that one - I don't have many anymore, but I know Gran has some I told her to delete.. p:

KYren 29. September 2009, 09:57

People say arrange marriages are better than love marriages because they are more stable. I say because of the social pressure many people stay together even if they find out their choice wasn't right, that's why arrange marriages seem more stable. The dowry deaths are the proof that arrange marriage system isn't foolproof. Some people say they automatically fell in love with each other after the arrange marriage, good for them. I say love marriages can be stable as well, so I am pro-love marriage. The saffron brigades can come and shoote me.
Man, I don't understand these relationship issues. They are too confusing. Reading a book on maths is easier. :D

Furie 29. September 2009, 10:16

Relationships are easy to understand, whether they be arranged or naturally progressing. The problem is that people try to over complicate them, mostly inspired by romantic comedies and love songs that give them the idea that love will always find a way, and if it doesn't then it isn't love. It's a stupid way to view things that has destroyed more relationships than you'd think. What people need to understand (the only thing in fact) is that any relationship takes time, respect, compromise and hard work on both parts in order to pull it off properly.

Spaggyj 29. September 2009, 10:20

Basically... What Mik said :left: .

qlue 29. September 2009, 14:06

Of course, in an arranged marriage, people are more likely to put in that effort. Even if only to make life more bearable within that circumstance. :left:.
I wouldn't say that I'm pro arranged marriages, but I am anti 'dating'. :yuck:.
of course, the meaning of that word keeps changing, so much so that it means something completly different today to what it did when I was in school! :insane:.

clean 29. September 2009, 21:45

Well them's some right purdy pictures there, ma'am.

Spaggyj 29. September 2009, 21:57

Thanks David :D

KYren 30. September 2009, 01:53

When it comes to dating, people here ask, are our girls cars to test drive them before buying? And love marriage from the Indian point of view, is when you find someone you love you directly propose them, there's no dating involved, you know what I mean.
It's said relationships are very fragile in the west. I hear people demand divorce if their spouses snore in sleep. :D

Zaphira 30. September 2009, 07:19

Don't believe everything you hear.

Furie 30. September 2009, 08:52

Love isn't a sudden rush of emotion, that's lust. Love can be built from lust but there's also respect and trust needed, and it takes time to turn those things into love. If you propose to someone that you love without dating them, how do you know that you love them?
