No More Friend Requests!

The fact there was no way to "no" every friend request in one swoop was bugging me. I had nearly 600 of the buggering things, and I had managed to get it down to 400-odd... But it took me about an hour and a half.
Well, thanks to Mini 4, I just got rid of all of those in about 20 minutes, by simply clicking "no", and as soon as the word "connecting" became "processing", I clicked to stop, then moved to the next "no", "connecting", "processing", "stop". 40 a page, reload, and 40 half-clicked people go bye-bye!
(I accidentally added 4, so hastily had to retract - sorry) but, yay!

I hear you,
I had the same problem and it took me a week or so to clean up that list, 10 request at least every time I did log in. Now I just clear them on a daily basis and I hope people that I never heard before in my life stop the requests!
Subscribing to a Blog is exactly the same thing! you get post notices ....

Since my stoopid phone can't fit Mini, I just set it in my head to clear 50/day. This was awhile back. Now weekly cleaning does the trick for me.

what I mean is - that's an amazing number of requests...I get some (always from someone with a non-english language blog who doesn't introduce or anything, or some faker who thinks I'm a girl

)....how many do you reckon you get, in a normal week, then?? :just interested:

I have one request in a month so I do bother and explain them the rules. At least to ones that sound sane.
I guess my avatar is the reason - no one want to get a kid or alien for a friend

I don't get many requests any more, I took the link away that lets people add me. People on Mini can still see it though. I only had so many because they were built up over 2 years. Most people that add are male, from Asia, most don't speak a word of English

Neato trick

I've found that you can't do many in one swoop on PC. It seems you have to wait a minute or so between each one, so I stopped at 359.

Oh well, I got rid of my collection. I'd been keeping them and looking for a pattern. Very few were girls (one or two), and mostly as Kimmie says, Asian (a lot from Vietman) and Indian...but never any explanation or text, I wouldn't mind if they just said hello. There was ONE dude who said 'nice to meet another music fan'. I was over the fucking moon!!
