READ THIS ENTRY, AND YOU WILL UNDERSTAND "TAGGED" IF U HAVE NEVER B4 PLAYED

Timm,
play tag is when, in blog posting & posting in the forums, you r posting your comments right after each other. and last night, that is exactly what me and Loku were doing.
as he was answering my questions or comments in one spot, i was doing the exact same thing in another spot. we were doing this for almost 1/2 hour straight.
the term "playing tag" is actually from a game here in the USA (not sure where else in the world though). it can be fun to play as a child, but to my knowledge, the only adults that do it, are here on the internet.
when playing tag, you and a group of friends, pick someone to start the game. the designated starter, tries to tag (or touch, if u prefer) one of the other group members. when the designated starter tags someone, they say "tag, your it". this means, that now, the person who the starter tagged, is now the tagger, & the starter becomes one of the people to get tagged.
sometimes the kids use a different variation of this game, in which the person that is the designated starter, when tagging someone else, states, "tag, your it, no tags back". when doing this, it means, that the person that the starter has tagged, cannot tag the starter back, but, the next person can tag the original starter, but not the one that tagged that person.
it seems confusing, but when done, is learned very easily, and sometimes can be very fun in which u r actually running off your "hyperness", because in the end, you wind up tired, and wish to lay down and take a nap.
most children that play it, normally play it at school, where they can't play "hide and seek". hide & seek, is played where one person counts from 1-50 (or what ever the designated number is, without jumping numbers), and once they have reached that number, it is their job to go find their friends that have hidden on the counter. once the person has found one of their friends, they yell out "I FOUND YOU, NOW YOUR IT". this means that they are now the one that counts, while the rest hide, then it just repeats in the same manner as the first time, until the children get tired of playing it or it gets too "dark" to be able to see where you r even going to try to find someone (most do not play hide & seek in the dark any longer, as we all know now, can sometimes be very dangerous to play during, so it has (as most games have done), became a "daytime" game only).
this one can be very enjoyable, as it not only covers the outside, but in some places, inside buildings also count as hiding places (mostly houses of either yours or ur friends). as a child, we did that many times. but the object of both, is to find one of your friends (for hide and seek), or to tag one of your friends (for playing TAG).
i hope this helps in your understanding of a couple of games that are played here in America.
and Loku, sry for taking up 1/2 a page in ur blog to explain it, LOL.
let me know Timm, if this helps.

Kim
