PROGRESS
You will be happy to hear that since I stopped using the Thyroid medicine, I have lost 30 pounds. I had gotten up to 315 pounds, my highest ever weight. Never in my life had I been any heavier than 125-135, unless I was pregnant, to which I went up to 195 (and lost it very quickly as well).
So now I just have a couple of more things to do.
1. Get out and walk more.
I did the most walking that I have done in several months on the 31st. I had to go into the bank, so things wouldn't bounce, and in doing so I walked more than I had in over a year. I walked a little on the first as well, by taking Moses for a walk to meet up with Jaxs at the bus stop when he hit the last bus on his way back home.
2. Keep eating and resting the way I have, because I feel that this has also helped in my loss of weight.
I have slept quite a bit the last 2 months, for unknown reasons. Probably my body catching up from all the sleep it hasn't gotten. But who's to say why I slept that much. Lately I have been getting up and staying up all day without taking a nap. This has been rare lately, as I am always laying down only a few minutes to a couple hours after I wake up.
3. Try to keep the weight coming off.
If this part can be accomplished, then I should be fit as a fiddle for next summer and be able to go to the beach again without feeling like I'm a beached whale.
I IS SICK AGAIN

A "Couch Potato" DWI - This is Great!

DULUTH, Minn. — A Minnesota man has pleaded guilty to driving his motorized La-Z-Boy chair while drunk.
A criminal complaint says 62-year-old Dennis LeRoy Anderson told police he left a bar in the northern Minnesota town of Proctor on his chair after drinking eight or nine beers.
Prosecutors say Anderson's blood alcohol content was 0.29, more than three times the legal limit, when he crashed into a parked vehicle in August 2008. He was not seriously injured.
Police said the chair was powered by a converted lawnmower and had a stereo and cup holders.
Sixth Judicial District Judge Heather Sweetland stayed 180 days of jail time Monday and ordered two years of probation for Anderson. His attorney, David Keegan, did not immediately return a call for comment.

It's About Time Someone Held Those Saudi Sand Niggers Accountable:
Judge Blocks Saudi Prince From Moving Real Estate Proceeds Out of U.S.
Saturday, February 09, 2008
WASHINGTON A federal judge has temporarily blocked Prince Bandar bin Sultan,
the former Saudi ambassador to the United States, from removing real estate
sales proceeds from the United States pending resolution of a class-action
lawsuit.
The suit filed last September by a tiny Michigan city retirement system accuses
current and former directors of BAE Systems PLC, a giant British defense
company, of breaches of fiduciary duties in connection with $2 billion or more
in alleged illegal bribes paid to Bandar in connection with an $86 billion BAE
arms sale to Saudi Arabia in 1985.
Bandar also is named a defendant in the suit, along with the former Riggs Bank
of Washington and its successor, PNC Financial Group.
BAE and Bandar have strongly denied that illegal payments were made to Bandar.
Without ruling on the merits of the case, U.S. District Judge Rosemary M.
Collyer said in a temporary restraining order, signed Feb. 5, that the suit by
the City of Harper Woods Employees' Retirement System raises serious questions
of law that warrant a temporary order keeping Bandar from taking the proceeds of
real estate sales out of U.S.-based accounts.
The order directs that such sales proceeds "be deposited and/or invested
pursuant to a prudent man standard" in U.S. accounts, but specifically notes
that it "does not prevent him from selling real property" and "only interferes
with his ability to invest and/or deposit any sales proceeds in a minimal way."
The order further notes that "it may, of course, be terminated or modified upon
application to the Court by Prince Bandar." A hearing was set for Feb. 14 on
whether to issue a preliminary injunction extending the temporary order.
The retirement system suit maintains that Bandar used funds illicitly obtained
from BAE Systems to acquire U.S. real estate, including a Colorado ranch and
mansion once placed on the market at $135 million and the former William
Randolph Hearst mansion in California, offered for sale last summer at $165
million.
Harper Woods is a community of 14,200 people covering 2.63 square miles
bordering the northeast corner of Detroit. It is the home of Eastland Center,
one of the Detroit area's first enclosed shopping malls.
A message seeking comment on the case was left Saturday night at the office of
Harper Woods City Manager James Leidlein.
Bandar had denied previously through a London law firm that he received improper
commissions through accounts at Riggs Bank in Washington.
"The accounts at Riggs Bank were in the name of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of
Defense and Aviation (MODA). Any payments into those accounts made by BAE were
pursuant to the Al-Yamamah contracts and as such would not in any way have been
secret from the parties to those contracts," Bandar's statement said. Al-Yamamah
was the name given to an agreement under which BAE supplied Tornado fighter jets
and other military equipment to Saudi Arabia, which paid the British government
with oil.
"Whilst Prince Bandar was an authorized signatory on the accounts any monies
paid out of those accounts were exclusively for purposes approved by MODA," the
statement said. "In addition, the accounts in question were audited on an annual
basis by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Finance on behalf of MODA."
In London, lawmakers disclosed last month that Britain's head of overseas
intelligence had warned that Saudi Arabia probably would stop sharing vital
information on terrorism if prosecutors pursued an investigation into alleged
corruption in the arms deal.
MI6, Britain's overseas intelligence service, believed Saudi Arabia would
probably end information-sharing with Britain if investigators continued the
inquiry, former Attorney General Peter Goldsmith told the committee. MI6 raised
objections to the prosecution before Britain's Serious Fraud Office decided to
end the case, he said.
After the inquiry was dropped, Saudi Arabia signed a $8.7 billion agreement with
Britain to buy 72 Eurofighter Typhoon jets from BAE.
The company announced last June that the Justice Department has begun an
investigation of the company's dealings with Saudi Arabia, looking into whether
it complied with anti-corruption laws.
A NEW LOOK FOR MY WEBSITE
You will notice that NOT all the pages work yet. Yes, some of them are connected, but because I don't have them fully done yet, they won't show up on the site. Be patient, as this is a tedious job to redo a site of some 200 pages.
I have tried to have a theme going, instead of having every page a different background or color, I have made it so that the MAIN pages are all the same background, font, colors, etc. I hope you like hte new look.
As you can see, I am making a lot of new changes this year. So, please bear with me as I make all these changes. If I slack off on answering your new posts, or ones that I have visited in the past, be asurred that I will get to them, sooner or later.
But please take the time to look, and leave me comments about what you think of it so far, or what you think may be changed on it.
And just so you know, RAD is my WebMaster, I am just the designer. So anything that gets said here, will be taken to heart by both of us, as he is the one helping me with my working on my web site. No, he is not doing the work on it, I am doing all of that, but he is helping when needed.

Good And Bad News From Doctor
Doctor wants me back on Monday, to get my ass off of some of these meds i'm taking. I take a total of 22 meds per day. She says that with that many meds, it looks like someone was trying to kill my ass. She is going to sit down and talk with me, and figure out a way of getting me off of all these fkn pills i'm on. Also, she did the referral for the surgeon, and she is very pist at medicaid because they would not allow them to admit me to have the surgery done. Will let you know more next week when i have my appointment with her again. She seems to be a really nice doctor, that don't like how i have been treated by the other doctors that i see.
BAD NEWS:
The tests friday show that i am diabetic. Not bad, as normal sugar level is 80 and mine was 100. So, she is thinking that maybe it is all the meds i'm on, like a lot of other's think as well.
PHYSICAL THERAPY:
did a lot of working out on the machines today. couldn't do the one machine, but we improvised with a couple of other machines. i hope that what we do there, i can continue to do here at home. i know that some of the exercises and that, that we do, i can do here at home, but some of them i can't. idk what i'm gonna do about them yet, but will worry about that when the time comes.
