Stephen Dent earned both a BA and MBA from Harvard University and he's spent his entire working life in the areas of finance and investment banking. Since starting his career, Stephen has grown to become one of the most respected men in the industry.
Stephen's career began by working on various finance and investment projects for a multitude of high-profile companies, and since 1982, his main focus has been on investments and acquisitions.
One of Stephen's first positions was with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked for three-years before moving on to Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. where he worked for their Mergers and Acquisitions Department. After spending three-years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Stephen left to join the private investment partnership, Rosenkranz & Company, where he specialized in acquisitions for the company's own accounts. Stephen left Rosenkranz & Company in 1986 to form his own investment banking firm, Dent Inc.
Today, Stephen serves as the president of Dent Inc., and oversees all of the company's financial transactions. In addition to his degrees from Harvard, Stephen is also a licensed CPA.
When he's not working in the high-stakes world of finance and investment banking, Stephen enjoys his hobby of marine life, which began for him while on a boyhood trip to Hawaii.
