Ooooh.
Sounds classy. Sigh- me no know the classical music. I like Debussy's Nuages... I think it's called Nuages. And I think I sang (butchered??) a Faure song back when I used to take singing lessons, hee hee. Reviews! reviews!

How was it?
(assuming it happened already...maybe the festival hasn't even started yet...)

The festival was great - three days of great music, I'll review it in detail later, fogot to bring in the programme.

It sounds wonderful! Wish I could have heard it, too!

I have an embarassing confession to make: I am not overly fond of much of French classical music. I have tried, really: I have CDs of Debussy, Fauré, Ravel and Satie, too. I listen to them, and they leave me , well, cold.

But Frank and St Saëns, well, they are another matter -- excellent music there. I really love their works.

Can I get a mark of 50%, maybe?
