Thoughts about everything

Lot of times you asked what the heck is that – or how is it look like. Well here it is – for “outsiders” it will probably look incredibly disgusting – and I can fully understand that. But believe me it is REALLY delicious – and incredibly expensive. A lot of people dosen’t even know of its existence – most of my friends first ate this delicacy at my place – and they mostly liked it.

So here it is – ta-daam
About its outlook : as I mentioned , it is “stuffed” in pig gut – which might be eatable – like on most sausages in Hungary - however I never met somebody who ate it.




This is how it looks like from the “inside” – what you see it raw-ish pork liver. Usually it has greenish-greyis color – depends on how fresh it is and what types of other ingredients it has.





After getting rid of the gut this is how it looks:
