My OperaFree Windows 7 to Vista users?

Techarp.com never made up rumors and every time they wrote about windows related topics they were true.
As they write, the upgrade will be either free or round 50$.
The whole thing seems to be the same as in 2006 when XP users got Vista express coupons for their new bought computer – which allowed them put upgrade to Vista Express for either free – or at some manufacturers – for 50$.
Its “rumored” to be starting in July and ends when Windows 7 hits the stores.
Microsoft didn’t comment the news – yet - so don’t take it too serious.
