It's not as cheap as before (Dubai)

I've been to Dubai city (United Arab Emirates) several times but in my last visit I've noticed that it's becoming very expensive & prices are going very high
Usually I stay at City Center Hotel & it cost me around $215 but on my last visit I hardly found a place near my seminar location. I finally settled on staying at Jumeirah Beach Hotel (1 Bedroom Ocean Suite 1 King Bed) that cost me $485 /night in addition to 15% room service.
Just by comparing old prices with my recent visited ones (cost me > $3700 for 2 nights), I've noticed that Dubai is becoming 1 of the expensive cities in the world & it's better to look for other choice.
So, if you are planning to go to Dubai City, prepare your wallet for that
