It IS a good, rewarding feeling when someone tells us we were the inspiration for someone doing something. Just yesterday my friend Mags told me she signed up for a Fitness Club because of me. I regularly mention my Workouts in some of my Posts since I work out 4 times a week. So, that inspired Mags to get a fitness routine going.

So, if YOU inspired someone to write some poetry, you must be doing something right.

Yeah, VidClips / AudioClips take eternities to load on my Dial Up.

As a matter of fact, yes, I think we had all gotten used to your little Fat Palm ... Ummm, Tree, that is.

That's what I meant by that tree being too prominent and important from top to bottom. It just really isn't conducive to being cropped without being affected. It's like cutting Samson's hair.

Chop Chop...I could always make the banner large enough for you to see the whole tree.

Yeah, you could do that, Annette. But, remember, that would double the File Size of the Banner or more, depending on the size to which you increased the Banner. Bigger File Size = Longer Loading Time. You could try it. Maybe with your process, it's possible you could wind up with a decent File Size on that full-sized version of the BIG Banner.

BTW, what's the File Size on the Background you have?
Since the Background has a definite pattern, you can easily create just a narrow strip of that Background and repeat it. That way you cut down on File Size of the Background image AND on Loading Time.

The file size of the background is 2.8 KB, and it is already repeated. The banner file size is 54.9 KB.

You're in excellent shape with the Background then. A totally seamless repeat. I sure thought it was ONE HUGE image. Some images can repeat well, while others not so well. You did a good job with that one.

The Banner File Size is also perfectly fine. Heck, it's slightly smaller than MY Banner's File Size. I think mine is 59.3KB.
