Staying with Sonata for the weekend :D

AND in all of that mess, I have to try and get Pointe shoes to show to Ms. Cheryl on Wednesday. um... When? Yeah. So I lost it last night. Like completely lost it. It was fun actually. I do love a good cry  And I sure looked pretty afterwards. Should have taken a picture and posted that to espin.

But New York is going to be the highlight of my week. At least I know that after all is said and done, I'm going to be able to see Sonata and Zak  It's been too long to not see a best friend. Much too long. Which reminds me I should be scheduling going to see Oliver and Anne soon too... P:

And I really need to talk to Kaeli about something mucho importantly. :D

Oh dear. Class is going to end soon. Gots to go! Byezzzzz

Turkey, Gravy, and Coyotes

, , ,

OK SO FANTASTIC STORY.

Yesterday, I had nothing to do, so I decided to go visit my good friend, Markus. Markus and I took a walk in his woods. First we walked on the path and then we decided to go off the beaten path and into the actual wood near the big pond he had back there. So we're sitting on a ginormous rock, just chillaxin' and whatever when I decide it would be fun to coyote call since I do it really well and no one else was around. So I coyote call and Markus is just like "...Crazy." So ten to fifteen minutes later, we're still there chillaxin' and whatever and I'm playing with his phone when all of a sudden we hear "AAAWOOOOOOOOOOOOoooo" like CLOSE (500 feet away or so) and Markus gets the most panicked look on his face and goes "We have to go right now." So I'm scrambling to get my shoes back on and jump off the rock at the same time and I have no idea where I'm running to and Markus is behind me and I'm just like "Where am I going???" and he's just yelling at me to go towards some pine trees which is ridiculous because we're in the middle of the woods. And I get a lovely scratch in the process of running for my life. So finally, we make it back to the path and we're completely out of breath and just laughing as we walk back to his house just like "I cannot believe that just happened" and Markus is busting on me for bringing it on.

So it's not as good if I'm not telling it in person. Just imagine a crazy Italian girl madly talking with her hands.

haha good times.

So yeah. I had a pretty fantastic day today. Allow me to elaborate :D

Morning
Today started out crummyish. I got up later becuase I was actually sleeping in my own room today. So I slept in. And then DJ got up at like 6:15 to take a shower and we leave at 6:20 to pick up Hobo before school. Nice going DJ. Nice going.

Before School
Got to school and decided to go down to the band room with Shigen and Robin and talk with Mr. B. Then Mr. Moose announced that the Oliver! auditions were posted. I, given that I thought my audition went super unfantastically, did NOT have any desire to go see the results. However, Shigen and Robin had other plans and tugged me by my arms to the first floor to see who got who. As soon as I stepped foot onto the first floor, Emlynn attacked me with a hug. "You got it!!" My thought: "Wait... what?" But sure enough there it was.

Nancy........SuperGrape.

O.M.G. I literally started screaming in the hallways of my school. I got stares but I don't care. This is the biggest part I've ever played and I'm so excited! A few of my friends are in it as well and some have parts that are absolutely perfect for them so this show is going to ROCK SOCKS!

So I went to go tell Doc and he gave me this giant hug and I was in my bliss :D

Physics Honors
My fab day continued when I found out that my lab report (which I'm still procrastinating on) was not due today but tomorrow so I saved myself a missing homework :D

Religion
We had a sort of debate about love and relationships (what else is new?) and established that the relationship is NOT balanced if one person is being "whipped"

Religion is a funky class this year. I don't think I've ever had a class like it. We talk so much about relationships and how they work and what goes into them and stuff and it's horrible to think, but as great as I thought my most recent relationship was, I find myself agreeing with most of the bad qualities about relationships that are coming out in class. Like balance. I gave up a lot of my time to him when he needed me and then this summer, he couldn't give me my time when I was working and couldn't give him as much attention as I used to. And it's made me realize that maybe my relationship wasn't as great as I thought it was. Even though I thought everything was going fine. And now, after every class, I think "If we were still dating and everything were ok, would I be realizng this stuff like I am now?" and I think my answer is no. As long as I never saw the side of Morgan that can hurt so much and NOT CARE, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't think anything was wrong with our relationship. Apparently, I was wrong.

Rivers
We practiced water tests today. We finished ours with air bubbles. Oh well. We'll know not to for next time. Sell-ings, Shigen and I decided to make a movie about food and the dangers of it falling from the sky.

English
I got my Summer Reading essay back today. 92. Not bad for my first writing essay. Doc even commented that I should seriously consier humanities as a college major. Apparently, I relate to people well. Apparently, Doc knows me better than I do. But I considered it anyways.

Free/Lunch
College meeting with Mrs. Boat today! It went well actually. I found out that my dream school wasn't much of a dream school but I'm looking into it anyways. She was impressed that after my giant career on Broadway, I wanted to teach music and arts in public schools. *ding ding* Points for Grape :D I also found out about some other fantastic schools that I can look into. Incidentally, I got a letter from one of those schools that offered me a FREE University of Hartford hat if I RSVP to a Preview Day by Sept 17th. I RSVPd today. New hat :smurf:

Gym
We did orienteering today. It was fantastical. I'm good at not getting lost.

After School
Teddy walked right by me today to talk to Emlynn right in the middle of my conversation with her. At this point, it doesn't really hurt anymore (well it does but not as much as it used to). It's just annoying. I just want to be friendly. We don't have to be friends. But he's acting like I did something horribly wrong and unforgivable. As far as I know, I did nothing like that. Whatever. I know what asking him is going to do. I'm letting it go. He's being stupid anyway.

And so now I'm here. :D Writing this blog post and enjoying my minimal amount of work. And I have a tatoo on my wrist. It's lovely. *glee* (LOLCHORUS)

Mashed Potatoes.

Ugh. I hate trying to think of a title for these things. Sometimes it's easy because I have this really intellectual post and a title can just come naturally but most of the time, I just want to write about the most random shit. Like my school day. Or my summer vaction. And you can't just go and put "My School Day" or "My Summer Vacation" I rid myself of that back in second grade. So what do you put as a title for these things? Mashed Potatoes?

Actually, that's not so bad...

Because mashed potatoes are actually... mashed... Well yeah but all squished together like these random things are all squished together in a post... sort of... No? Ok.

Today is a miss rainy day. I want it to rain today. But not like, "Oh woe is me... I feel so bad. Rain would be perfect now... Oooohhhh" I actually like the rain. When I was little, my brother and I would put on our little rainboots and raincoats and take the oversized umbrella and go play in the rain. We actually have a video of us taking buckets of rain water and pouring it into our sandbox. Now I understand why I don't remember a sandbox. It was a pool.

I just woke up with this weird urge to go jogging and I hate jogging when it's not raining. I hate getting all sweaty and yucky and hot without anything refreshing along the way. Rain is refreshing. Lots of people think of it as this omen of bad things to come or Mother Nature getting all angry at us. No. That's not rain. Thunderstorms maybe, but I still can't really say anything because I love those too. P:

UGH my abdominals hurt. Stupid curlups. I'd really rather do crunches. I don't mind crunches. But curlups. Curlups actually require work. P: Not that I don't like work. God, I love the feeling you get after you exercise like you actually accomplished something. But the morning after... Woo. It's like a hangover.

A really bad hangover....

<3,
Me* Arrr... :raider:

By the way, Myopera lies. It's not 12.23 in the afternoon. If it were, I would be awfully more alert and probably more exciting. No, it's 7.3o in the morning and far too early for me to be awake on a Friday Saturday.

Ok

,

So I've decided to pick this blog up again. Hooray for me :D

I really don't have much to say. I went to Aruba. It was fantastical. I miss it like... lots. Good thing though: Andry (amazing guy Roxy and I met there) is coming to the States in July so HOPEFULLY we can meet up with him.

And Teddy is not liking it where he is apparently. It's sad the situation he's gotten himself into. I feel so out of use, too. There is nothing I can do for him. And God knows I want to do as much as I can for him but there's really nothing. So all I can do is just be there for him I suppose. Just lke everyone else is doing.

But I have been seeing him just about every weekend as long as he goes to Maryland's house. But he doesn't like it much there anymore either so only time will tell what may happen

BUT I had a fantabulous time right before I left for the Island with Roxy and Teddy. We pretty much got ice cream, blasted music, fogged up car windows, texted sketchy guys, took funny pictures, and toboggoned down hills. Oh yes, we had fun.

Soooo what else.......

I guess I can share my day. Alright... here we go:

Morning

Definitely did not want to believe it was morning already. Tried to stay in bed as long as possible. But then I remembered that I'm on the washing face plan every morning as well as night so I couldn't stay in bed too long.... The sadness was overwhelming.

Before School

Frolicked around the school looking for friends for to properly distribute my pieces of eight. Started with ten. Gave away eight. Ended up with three. Hmmm.....

First Period: Free (hoorah!)

French homework time! And reading first chapter of The Hermit. Fantastic. Actually intrigued me. Made me think about what it might be like to live with the small mole rats on a deserted island off the coast of Scotland. Decided that lifestyle was not appealing... Not even a little. Kenny and I also determined that magic tricks are fantastic and apparently Jandrew was asleep the whole time but I didn't notice and only found out later in the day.

Second Period: Litrugy

And absolutely NOTHING gets done in Liturgy, so if you're looking for actual work that we did (...unlikely), then you will have to skip down to French class... where even more work was pretty much not done.

Actually, I lied. We took a bible quiz and Mrs. P gave us a worksheet with questions to discuss (HA) about The Hermit. But other than that, the class was spent with a invigorating lesson about CAP, Mr. Bagel, and his disappointment in the world.

Third Period: French

The beginning of this class was spent sitting in my seat listening to the guys hammer out various drum beats on their desks eventually resulting in the HEY! song they play mercilessly at basketball and any other various sports games. Seriously guys? France was getting a headache.

Fourth Period: Pre-Cal

I play tetris in this class. There is nothing to report today.

Fifth Period: Music Theory.

Buffalo Chicken Day! Cilla was in her bliss. We actually semi worked today. I got almost all three pages on our interval packet correct so I felt intelligent for once. We determined that Sonata's high notes were broken, Necco's tongue gives me nightmares, and Grape is slow when it comes to recognizing Sonata in a play.

Lunch

Interesting Lunch. I sat with Sonata, Lani, O'Patty, and Anne. It was fantastic. We talked Search and various other things I cannot remember at this point in time.

Sixth Period: British Lit

We had a test. Nothing exciting. Rocko ate his lunch in the class because he was outside playing wallball the entire time and obviously didn't get a chance to eat. Amazing demonstration of time management there Rocko.

After School

Detention with Walker. It actually wasn't much of a detention. It was a copy-this-book-while-we-sit-and-distract-you-with-talk-of-underage-drinking,-Mr. Bagel,-and-seventh-graders party. Walker admitted to getting drunk in college. Our teachers are fine role models. I love my school.

SO! Between "Your tongue gives me nightmares" and "I think it's broken." all round, it was a pretty ok day.

LOVE Grape :raider: arrr...

Quickie Post

So I have homework to do and such and it's already 9:16 but I felt the need to share this comic with you all because I think it will be appreciated.

Crapes and Snow Days

It works! Finally! After ten thousand repeated logins to MyOpera, I can finally post a new... post. *happy dance* monkey banana

So what's been going on with me... Well, RENT was last night. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! Of course, every show I go see is amazing. It's a show, for goodness sakes. It was in Boston at the Wang. Spiffy place. Very pretty. There was a car in the lobby for some reason. I always question their methods for getting cars into buildings. I wonder if there are people who are hired to drive the cars in the doors to the place they want the car to be in. Especially those big fancy dealerships with the glass walls. Because heaven forbid we hire an unexperienced driver and risk hitting the glass which probably wasn't the best idea in the first place. You know what would be cool? If they made the roofs of places like that detachable and all you had to do was remove the roof and put the car into the building. I'd like to see that process...

Wow. Off topic, much? :left:

Yup so RENT was incredible. Boston is incredible. Ma mere says that one Sunday, we'll go into boston for the day and she'll properly introduce me to the city. She used to live there. That's why she's the driver that she is. If you can drive in Boston, you can drive anywhere. Or so they say...

OMFG! SNOW DAY! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

This is actually good because I didn't get much studying done yesterday. What with the greatest show on earth and all. So today, instead of distracting myself with very trivial things like TV or computer, I'm going to go all hardcore and study the whole day.

...oh crap.

So because I just realized that blogging does require me to disregard valuable study time. (PSHHHH) And because I'm hungry and want some crepes. :D I'm going to go and leave you with the weekly Cyanide and Happiness comic. Enjoy:

Wow.

I posted twice in one day and didn't even realize it. :eyes:

Sick Day

,

I've taken a sick day.

...from life.

Just a day to kinda sit and watch other people. Occasionally step in and be a human but mostly just sit and think. I've realized a few things and done a few things that I'm very glad I did.

JULES' LIST OF SICK DAY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

1) Had an awesome conversation with a friend she hadn't talked to in three months

2) Emailed another friend she hadn't talked to in 7 months

3) Dreamt about somebody.

4) Rezlized she forgot t... Holy crap! I forgot to send somebody a birthday facebook message!! Homer: Doh! I should do that...

:wait:

:coffee:

:sing:

:chef:

:psmurf:

penguin

ok I'm back!

rip

...damnit.

First Post. Oh yeah. :D

,

Why does everyone get so excited about the first post? Really. It's a post. It's just like every other post. Except it's first. It's like the person who's first in line for something. They're all excited and make a big deal out of it. And the funny thing is they think everyone else is stoked about it too. When, in reality, all the other people want to do is go up to Mr. Numero Uno, take his lunchplate, throw him in the garbage can and wheel him to the very back of the line. Honestly. It's a post.

So Merry Christmas Eve! I really should be wrapping the many gifts I need to wrap right now. But Ms. Master Procraster here is *again* awaiting the very last possible moment. Then wrapping the gifts and speeding to her singing... thing. Also, I kinda wanted to start another blog. You have to be in the exact right mood to start a blog. And write in it for that matter. Because, then you don't have to worry about pretending your really into what you're writing. It just flows... Like a river. Um, yeah....

I don't have much else to say now so here is my weekly Cyanide and Happiness strip which I will be including every Monday I post: Enjoy!
