Timeless Classics

There are songs in music which were listened to by our parents. Then when we grew up we listened to them and perhaps even our children will also enjoy them. They are the timeless classics that mature with time.

In this blog I am going to post five such songs which I perceive to be brilliant and please feel free to post your five best as well in that way we can establish a hall of fame .

Andreas Vollenweider is my personal favourite. He is a brilliant harpist whose style has changed the way people look at classic music bringing more rhythm and drums producing a unique sound that Oozes with harmony and sweet melodies.

I had the honor to see Andreas Vollenweider in concert, actually it was a solo concert, during his KRYPTOS tour in America after 5 years of absence.
It was wonderful. I was speechless during the whole concert.

After the concert, I shaked hands with Andreas and he signed my cd which I treasure. I have all his albums. My favorite song still Cape Verde but my favorite album is Book Of Roses.
