All about it!

t-shirts... yet 1 more use of my surreal finger painting

I need to milk this painting for all its got. It took way too long to make like I mentioned earlier. Here's a couple different versions of it on a t-shirt. The first is a full-sized version that covers the whole front, and the 2nd covering just the pocket area. Both are on a basic white t-shirt, but you can change the style if you click over. I typically don't think square-boxed images look good on shirts, but this one is growing on me.

Square-boxed RUDE surreal holiday , birthday, and invitation cards

I've already posted these on my surrealart website's blog, but I'm pretty proud that I've come up with other uses for this painting I painstakingly made a few years ago. This was probably the most time consuming painting I've ever painted. It took a good amount of time to paint every single square in it. Probably a little too long actually. I remember how crazy it was trying to be so still when trying to make all the straight lines and "perfect" corners. I'm trying to figure out what all other products this would look good on and still show the detail. I've tried adding it to a skateboard, but too much of it gets cut off. It doesn't look good, or make any sense to be on it.

My new 2009 calendars - surreal art calendars of course.

This first calendar is a bunch of my paintings from 2002-2006. I haven't sold one yet, but I figure I should get it in front of some eyes to test the waters. The paintings were originally very large, so I had to crop a few of the images to fit this size of presentation. Also, since I painted them at suh a much larger size than these calendars, they should look very crisp and detailed. I might order one myself actually to see how they turn out but until then, here's my calendar. The second one is just another one I'm digging.

It's been a while, some new surrealism posters and prints

I forgot I made this blog a few years back. I've been a busy guy, but I've managed to create an online store and a few paintings to go in it. These right here are fairly old, but they've still got some mileage in them. Probably some of my best work from years back. I've decided to keep all my art on zazzle... it's just a pain in the ass stretching canvas prints myself anymore. It would take over an hour just to put a print together plus blood, sweat, and tears in all the effort it takes to do it during that time. A couple of my favorite pieces sofar:
