This blog is a place for me to experiment with a variety of ways to express my 'selves'. What you will find are a collection of random thoughts, views, and feelings about things I experience in a variety of ways. I take full responsibility for this blog. It is a place for me to be human with all the errors and failures that come with it.

Just trying to be a better person, more simple and more open to all the good things life has to offer.
Music, literature, painting, gardening, spending time with people, taking care of animals and the environment are things that are important to me.

My work

I live and work in a community of engaged Buddhists. Our group/community run training courses in Buddhist Pscyhology, spiritual and pastoral care, Applied Buddhist Studies as well as retreats and other personal and professional development type workshops.
