Beyond the Clouds

. . . and trying to get to the other side

Mirror mirror of them all, who's the fairest of them all?

,

How often do you look in the mirror?

Even very glamorous and attractive people are concerned about their appearance, size and shape of their bodies. Have you noticed how your mood, feelings, and behaviour alters depending on how you feel about the way you look. This may be vanity ruling your life but most likely insecurity...and let's face it, the more attractive you are the more successful and popular you are likely to be, so this is a concern for one's preservation of self. .... but are we then just prisoners in our bodies?

I've created a group for anyone interested in eating issues, body image and low self-esteem on facebook called I'm not happy with my body so if you would like to understand some of the reasons or motives behind your habit patterns then please do join. All are welcome.

Confidence and security doesn't have to come with a diet.
