these are not tamil but sanscrit

a) sanskrit is spelled with a "K" not "C".
b) this is tamil.

I think it is both tamil and sanskrit. The words 'காயத்ரீ மந்திரம்' is tamil and the manthiram itself is in sanskrit:P
