if you change the "tr?" to "trurl_pagecontent?" you just get the translated page without the annoying babelfish frame at the top.

You can add other languages as necessary, just go to the translation service page, perform a translation using the languages you want to add, then look at either the address or source of the translated URL and see what abbreviations are used for those languages. Then add a menu item with those abbreviations, en for English and gr for Greek for example, under the translator's menu. It might sound confusing but it's not.

1- How can we make phrase (tranlate) and site translations (babelfish) open in new tab. I mean adding a command to line, not pressing shortcut keys, I want to results always open in a new tab.
2- How to use google translator for translating phrases like Opera's translate menu uses babelfish.

1- New page command makes translation impossible for both google and babelfish, translation page does not come.
2-Phrase translation for Russian opens and enters the phrase to google translator area but it has only ? marks not original Russian text so translated text also has only ? marks.

2. Seems to be an encoding problem.
nizamx # Wednesday, September 24, 2008 4:43:53 PM
2-Solved. Looks copy command not work but search command like babelfish uses work. Adding this to search.ini solved Russian problem.
If anybody needs here's the my Google Site Translation Menu:

Add this to standard_menu.ini file inside of
[Hotclick Popup Menu]
and add this at the end of the standard_menu.ini
Then open search.ini and add this but fix Search Engine numbers regarding your file so each number must follow each other.

I have had a couple translation items in my [Hotclick Popup Menu]for several years. Somewhere after Opera 9.0 they haven't worked properly. Is this due to a change in Opera or Babelfish?
