- Drag & drop flash player installer inside Archive/Installer to extract, press OK and again press OK.
- Move NPSWF32.dll from MAINDIR directory inside Universal Extractor Destination directory to program\plugins inside Opera installation directory.
[or]
Download NPSWF32.zip (size 1.95 MB, version 10.0.42.34), unzip NPSWF32.dll and place it inside program\plugins inside Opera installation directory.
You can check flash version at Version test for Adobe Flash Player page.

I am glad I've visited this site. It's interesting and quite usefull.
I've downloaded Universal Extractor, tried to download Adobe Flash Player, but haven't succeded.
I followed your instructions and am not certain, whether righly or not.
I seem to have done everything correctly, but the Flash Player does not appear anywhere.
I.m sure to visit you once again.
Thanks in advance.
Yours,
Valentin Savin

if you can't install universal extractor why not try 7-Zip Portable (http://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/7-zip_portable) which you can use without administrator privileges.

install in c:\opera
you don't have administrator rights for program files.
after that search on google "download win rar portable edition"
google is your friend anytime anywhere.
then extract NPSWF32.dll in C:\Opera\program\plugins
then have phun!

Hi, I tried the 2 ways but the flash plugin still not appear at "opera:plugins". I also tried to edit the opera.ini file but it doesn't work too.
I really don't understand why it doesn't work ? (I use opera usb)
Tamil # 2. July 2008, 10:39
Close Opera, open opera6.ini and delete [File Types] section and start Opera.
Anonymous # 2. July 2008, 10:44
Thanx for that quick answer :) Well, it doesn't works too...

Same problem. I forgot to tell you I can't write into Program Files so I put Opera into another folder called x:\opera950int
Tamil # 2. July 2008, 11:04
Check Plugin Path.
Anonymous # 2. July 2008, 11:10
It's blank. After I save the location and I restart opera it's blank again... But in the opera6.ini it's well defined.

... still doesn't work :(
The two only plugins detected are Shockwave for Director and Silverlight, one in System32 and the ohter in Program Files.
