How to install Opera without administrator privilege?

Use classic installer & during installation, enter C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Application Data\Opera as installation directory and disable Individual Opera profiles for each user on this computer option.
Usually, I prefer the simpler method of installing in C:\Opera, and enabling individual profiles (they go in the directory that you're installing Opera into anyway). That really helps when other people want to use Opera, so it only has to be installed ONCE.

Any updates on this issue (installing without admin rights) for Opera 9.5? Tried it at work today and it complained about requiring admin privileges, whereas 9.2x installs fine.
Cheers,
