Lame, no built in way to set new tabs to open the home page automatically? Any plugins to enhance tabs? Also, I want sessions restores to take over my existing window and not create a new window. And I would like a multi row tabbar since I often have 30+ tabs open at once. hmmm

The fact new tabs didn't open using my homepage was one of the reasons I dropped Opera in the past in favour of Firefox. It's great to have this now in Opera 10. Very clever stuff. Thank you!

Hi, what's the license of the "thinking monkey" on the right side? I'm a big fan of Opera for more than 10 years and this is a logo I'd even put up on my own website.
Thanks.

Wow. I always wanted to go to my homepage, when I open a new tab. Thank you very much for these simple instructions. I really appreciate it.

well done.
Opera is much more stable than firefox and faster.
But it has 3 big feature failures against firefox for me.
You have fixed 1! well done.
Failure 2 is that it doesn't remember form fields...or i can't see where this feature is. IT does have preset form fields for first name, etc in prefs, but that is no good for cgi forms etc.
Failure 3 is the lack of the amazing adblock plus tool, or similar to kill off flash ads etc.

nice 1 Tamil!! Thanks.
One more thing....sorry to be a total dick, but to make opera EXACTLY like firefox for opening a new tab....it needs to move the focus on the new tab to the address field, rather than within the page.
Let me explain clearly.
When you open a new tab in firefox the focus or cursor to begin typing is placed in an empty address line.
Is it possible to put some code on the end like this:
NOTE! BELOW IS NOT CODE: I JUST MADE IT UP AS PSEUDO-CODE AS AN EXPLANATION.
New page, 1 & Go to homepage, (focus goto FIELD="address")
Is this possible?
Thanks all.
