How to remove Opera 'O' menu button?

In Opera, you can remove any button from toolbars . But if you remove Opera 'O' menu button (red button in upper left corner) it will appear after next start. According to Opera employee Rijk,
This change was made on purpose to make it more difficult to hide the menu button by accident.

Could you help with another optimization method.
I like new opera design and how tabs are placed in Title Bar now (Google Chrome style).
But when I turn on Personal Panel, Opera shows old-fashioned tabs.
Is there any way to show Personal Panel and use new design of Tabs in title bar? Please don't recommend me to use Speed Dial instead of Personal Panel. I prefer to use them both.
Sorry for offtopic.

And the other thing, is that I can't put anything at the left side of tabs on the tab bar (when I hide the O button) here are my problems: http://my.opera.com/community/forums/topic.dml?id=478971

This can be achieved by much more reasonable means:
- Leave removing the button as easy as any other
- Insert it somewhere under Customisation, e.g. under My buttons, thus making it easy to drag it back, if someone *accidentally* removed it
This would preserve the uniformity of customisation. Why has Opera lost interest in this vital principle - consistency of interface?

BTW, Tamil, the tip only works until restart. It used to work for good until version 10.5. Pesala's tip works:

It appears this feature has been disabled in 10.53. Would it be possible for you to confirm this? Thank You.

I am running W7U with Opera 10.53 no RC, and "remove from tool bar" for the 'O' is always Greyed Out, ie: not functional, all the time. In other words for me it is disabled. I might install the RC 1 later, I will let you know it the status changes back like Opera 10.52.
Hope that explains what I am experiencing,
