Remove junk files from system

Saved junk files search
Press keyboard shortcut, WIN+F, copy and paste the following in Search for files and folders named box.
*.sdi, *.bak, *.cpy, *.nav, *.old, *.prv, *.syd, file_id.diz, *.err, *.fnd, iebak.dat, *.chk, *log.txt, *__ofidx.*.*, ffastun.*, chklist.*, insider.bak, data.bak, OPA11.BAK, *.MS, mscreate.dir, *.$$$, *._dd, *.bk?, *.dmp, *.fic, *.sik, scandisk.log, ~*.*In Look in select the drive or folder you want to search for junk files and then press Search Now button. When search completes, click File, select Save Search and save it as Junk Files 1.
Similarly, create one more using the following and save it as Junk Files 2.
*.---, *.??~, *.?~?, *.temp, *.tmp, *.^, *._detmp, *.___, *.~*, *.?$?, *.$db, *.db$, *.spc, 0*.nch, twain???.mtx, system.1st, suhdlog.dat, moderndet.txt, *.gid, *.wbk, *.ftg, *.fts
Whenever you want to remove junk files, open Junk Files 1 & Junk Files 2, press Search Now button, select the files you don't want and press Delete key.
Check the files before you delete them.
